Below are the cheat codes, hints and help for Valkyrie Profile - Strategy Guide (Page 13).
Only Archers can use this.

Skill:Dark CP:50
(ダーク)
Description:
This will cause the Character to run behind the enemy and strike. This
is great for beating enemies that have Combo Guard. In order to use it
press forward while your character is attacking.

Skill:Charge CP:60
(チャージ)
Description:
This will raise the Attack Power of a Character 1.5x for one strike.
This works great for some character(Rucio). Just hold the Characters
button down to activate it. Consumes 5% of your DME Max.
Only Fighters can use this.

Skill:Scarlet Edge CP:90
(スカーレットエッジ)
Description:
This will let you have a 50% chance of breaking through an enemies Combo
Guard when you use it. Just hold the Characters Button to use it.
Consumes 5% of your DME Max.
Only Fighter's can use this.

Skill:Strike Edge CP:50
(ストライクエッジ)
Description:
This will give you a 50% possiblity to stun the enemy. However, When
you use this it will take up all of you attack turns(so use it as your
final hit, not your first). Just Hold the Character Button to use it.
Consumes 5% of your DME Max.
Only Fighters can use this.
BUG ALERT:There is a bug(at least I have gotten it)when using this skill
with Valkyrie. If you use this during the Moment Slide attack,
the game will think that you are using Nibelgen Velocity. The
game will then crash, so be careful if you use this skill.

Skill:Trick Step CP:50,
(トリックステップ)
Description:
Just before you attack the enemy, you take a step back and the enemy
then lowers his Guard(by 50%) so you can hit successfully. You will
become more profficient with this as your Skill Level increases. This
will consume 5% of your DME Max. Just press Forward while attacking to
activate.
Only Fighters can use this.

Skill:Wait Reaction CP:5/10/20/20/40/40/80/80/
(ウェイト・リアクション)
Description:
This only works for Magician Characters. What this does is allow them
to attack, while they are still in there Charge Turn. It is a fairly
nice little skill(in the begging).
Only Magicians can use this.

9)Tips

9.1)Fast Level-Ups
------------------
There are three items in this game that will allow you to gain levels at
a very quick place. They are the:
Learning Ring:Increases EXP by 30%.
Coin of Fortune:Increases EXP by 50%.
Book of Refining Gold:Turns each Monster into at least 10 Mystic Gems.
So, from this you can see that if you have a character equipped with
2 Learning Rings and a Coin of Fortune they will be getting roughly double
the rate of experience that everyone else is. This will allow you to get
a Character like Valkyrie really high, very fast.

9.2)Fast Materlize Points
-------------------------
Just a quick note, you can not do this until Chapter 4. Anyways, you
can make a ton of money by selling The Living Spear:"Crimson Edge". Each
one you can sell for about 6000. The reason why, is that during the later
stages of the game you probably will have 12-15 of these. That adds up to
at least 100000 MP that you didn't have before.
