Below are the cheat codes, hints and help for Valkyrie Profile - Strategy Guide (Page 06).

   Before I start let me say that if you want the good ending you will have
to send up Rucio during this Chapter. Otherwise you will get the Bad 
Ending. And the only person that I can think of that fits Frei's 
description is Yumeru. So I generally will send her up. Anyways to get on
with the story, Use your Soul Concentration and then head to Flansburg.

Meltina
-------

   A Man in a robe will be standing in the middle of the Magic School. A
Woman will then walk by him. The Man(Titled "Magic School Graduate") will
call out for Meltina. The Man will wonder what Meltina could possibly be
doing at this time. Meltina says that she is going to go out and look for
love with Mr. Right. The Man will be shocked at this. Meltina will then
say that was a joke. Meltina will then ask the Man what he is doing. The
Man won't answer at first and then says that Princepal Rolenta hasn't been
seen. Meltina will wonder about this. Meltina will then walk off the 
screen. She will be thinking about Rezard Valis and says that she isn't in
the mood for killing, but you have to do what you have to do.

   Meltina will now be in what appears to be a Labratory. Meltina will
say that it doesn't seem like there was any death here. She will then 
thank Rezard and blow a kiss. Meltina will start walking over to a 
container she will say that today it is pretty chilly. Meltina will then
walk into the machine and next thing you know she will be tranported to
Rezard's Tower. Meltina will walk through the tower when she realizes that
the entire Tower is giving Magic Power. Meltina will then wonder if this
writing could have anything to do with it, as she walks up to it. Meltina
will be supprised that they are the Ruin Literature. She will then note
that he has Volume 4, Volume 14 and Volume 22. Meltina will wonder what
he(Rezard) would need all of this Towers Power for. Meltina will now be
in right outside Rezards Lab when wonders what those noises are. She then
notices a book by Rezards. She walks over to it and opens it, but can't
understand any of it. Meltina will now walk into Rezards Lab and will see
the thing in the Container and realize that it is a Man Made Body. Meltina
will say that's cruel and then notes that it is a Homosclosus. She then 
wonders what he would need with a little girl. Meltina then realizes that
he must be expermenting with transformations. Meltina then powers up a 
spell that turns the child inside into a crystal. 

   You will now see Meltina at home sitting down for a drink. She will
say that the Rezard she knew would have been planning somthing better. 
Rezard will say that he is sorry as he warps in. Meltina will say that it
has been a long time and offers Rezard a drink. Rezard will walk over for
the drink and as the pour it, Meltina wants to know where he ever got
his hands on that power. Rezard will say that spell is a tough question to 
answer. Meltina will wonder what he has done, and why has he changed. 
Rezard will ask what that means. Meltina then hits him with the glass.
Rezard will say that he can't answer that. Meltina will then ask why
he said he would never change. She then goes on to say that she hates him.
Rezard then answers saying that he posses the Sage Stone. Meltina will
not believe him, and then Rezard says that she could have read it on Page
100 of the book she was reading. After a while Rezard says that he would
like a favor of Meltina. Meltina will ask what he would need her for. 
Rezard then asks Mel is she would like to go make Homosclosus with him.
Meltina will eventually give in. And a message will come up on the screen
saying that Meltina only did that to find out what Rezard is up to.

  You will be back in the first Labratory and Rezard will ask if she really
wants to do this. Meltina says that she would like to gain more Magic 
Power like those from the Yaggdrasil Forest. Rezard will say that Mel 
hasn't changed much. Meltina will say that Rezard hasn't changed much 
either. A message on the screen will say that what Meltina saw next seems 
like a dream. Both Rezard and Mel will walk over to that child and Meltina 
will ask if this is a Homosclosus and that it all seems like a dream. 
Rezard will not say much. She then goes on to say that if this works it 
would turn this person it to someone really incredible. Rezard will say 
nothing. Rezard then says he would like to speak with Mel about the 
Yaggdrasil Forest. Meltina then wonders if it is about the Elves.

   You will now be in the Yaggdrasil Forest. Rezard will say that they are
here. Meltina will say this is impossible. Rezard will say that ordinarily
it would be. Meltina will then wonder what happened to all of the Elves.
She then notes that there is nothing in the forest and calls Rezard a 
monster. Rezard then says that it bother him. Meltina will be supprised at
that and asks him why. Rezard will say its because anything the Elves knew
has been lost. Meltina will note the the Yagdrasil Tree is still and as
long as it is the world will never die and the journey will continue. 
Rezard agrees saying that there is much Humans don't know. Meltina will say
he sounds like a Nature Teacher. Rezard will say that he might...a little.
Rezard then says that once his Labratory turns out Homosclosus he says
that it will be quite amusing . Meltina will wonder what that means. A 
message comes up from Rezard talking about how Elves and Humans and Gods
inhabit this world and how with his Weapon of God it will be the same.
As you approach the Elf Village Meltina will be wondering about somthing.
Rezard will explain that Elfs and Gods are very similar. And so if he can
give birth to a God then...Meltina understands. Rezard then explains that
Odin is a Half-Elf. Meltina will wonder where he learned that. Rezard will
then explain that he spoke with those Gods who know him. Meltina will 
wonder how Rezard was able to talk to the Gods. Rezard will explain that
right now Odin is in the middle of a battle. Meltina says that she can't
fully understand what he is saying.

   You will now see Rezard in front of the Yaggdrasil Tree. Rezard will
tell Odin that he is Weak for a God. Rezard will then say that is why
they need a new king. Rezard asks Mel if she understands this. Meltina
will say that she understands a little. Rezard then says that the only
difference between a Human and a God is that the God has a perfect body.
Meltina will then say that Odin is wrong if he really a Half-Elf. Rezard
will agree and the say that same things as above and continues saying 
that's why they need a stronger King. You will be back in the Lab as Rezard
talks about how Humans can become Gods with the help of the Elves and the
Knowledge of the Yaggdrasil Tree. That's why with the spirit of a Human
and the Knowledge of the Elf they can become a God. Rezard then asks if
Meltina knows what a Homosclosus is. Meltina will say that it is a mix
of Human and Elf. Rezard will say she is right, a Homosclosus is a Half
Elf. Rezard then says once he can make the right Homosclosus he will 
transfer his soul into it and become a God. The screen will then go blank
and come up again. Rezard says that is all that it to his plan. He then
walks away saying that he has to get back and warps out. 

   You will now see Meltina walking the streets of Flansburg. She will be
thinking about what Rezard said. Meltina will say that it could never be.
You will hear Rezard and he will ask Mel if she desires to be a god.
Rezard then goes on by saying that the Homosclosus is the only way he can
figure out. Rezard will then wonder if he really loves that Goddess. 
Meltina will wonder where Rezard is. You will see Rezard warp into the 
Labratory. Rezard will then say that he knows what Mel is up to. Rezard
then says that this is not a dream. You will then see Rezard power up a
spell. A FMV will show how Rezard froze the entire Labratory. You will then
see Rezard outside saying that he will miss you...and then starts laughing.
Rezard then teleports out. You will now see Valkyrie with Meltina. Valkyrie
asks Meltina if she would like to work for her. Meltina will laugh at the
thought. However Meltina will eventually give in. After that you will be
on the World Map. Meltina is the mage that I keep with me to the end. So
equip her with the Learning Ring, so she can shoot up levels in no time.
Anyways, Use your Soul Concentration and head to Chevron.

Rucio
-----
 
   You will see a man sitting by himself on the steps when a group of 
kids come out. The boy in the lead will ask if there is anything wrong.
The Man(Rucio) will say that there is nothing wrong. The children will
then walk away and Rucio will be thinking. He talks about how the children
shouldn't worry about him. The scene will changed to that of a small
house. A Woman(Clair) asks what they made. Rucio will say at first
say 220, but then arrives at 230. The man on the far left(Baren) will say
that he was sure effecient.  The Other Man(Rusty) will say he is an Idiot.
Rucio will then say that he is glad that he used to his strength to help
people today. You will now see Clair and Rucio by themselves. Clair will
say that Baren and Rusty are late. A Townsman will enter the door and says
that they need to get out of here, asking if they know a Baren. Rucio will
wonder about this. The Townsman will say that Baren stole from the Royal
Family and that's why they killed him...Clair will be in shock. The 
Townsman will talk about how this is a bad situation and says that they
are all going to die. The Townsman continue by saying that the Royal Family
is sending the 3rd Group after them. Rucio will be in shock at this. The
Townsman will say to get out of there, saying The 3rd Group has a bad
reputation. Clair will ask what happened to Rusty. The Townsman will say
he is alive and that he is getting out of here. He then leaves. Rucio says
that they have to get out of here. Then Clair will ask about the Children.
Rucio says that Clair should go get the children, while he distracts them.
Clair will try and get him to stop, but Rucio contines by asking her to get
all of the Townspeople into the forest. 

   You will now see Clair on the groud crying as the City has been leveled.
Clair will talk about how cruel the 3rd is. Clair then continues by saying
that she wants to die. Rucio will tell her not to talk like that. You will
then see an Archer take aim and shoot at Rucio. Clair will cry out for
Rucio. Rucio will then be hit and pulls out his sword. The screen will then
flash and you will now see Rucio in the lap of Clair. Rucio will ask if 
this place will be okay. Clair will be wondering why. Rucio says it looks
like she will stay here. Clair wonders what he is talking about, and asks
him if he trying to run away. Rucio will say she is wrong. He goes on to
say that his place was Death a long time ago. Clair will say that she 
should be right beside him. Rucio will then say that he is sorry. Rucio
will then die as Clair lets out a giant cry. You will now see Valkyrie
listening as a Child calls for his Mother, and cries about the pain. 

   You will now see Valkyrie with Rucio. Rucio will ask who see is and then
realize that it is the War Goddess Valkyrie. Valkyrie then asks if Rucio
would like to help her. Rucio eventually gives in. Rucio will then wonder
what will happen to Clair. Valkyrie will say that she will be okay. And
you will then see Clair standing on a Mountain, looking at the sky. You
will now be back on the World Map. Now put Rucio in your party at once and
give him a Weapon like the Icicle Sword or the Glare Sword. You will 
understand when you see him fight, since he can hit like 30 times per 
round. Anyways once you are done here use your Soul Concentration. It will
tell you to head to the, Archdain Ruins.

Archdain Ruins
--------------

   First off, If you made it through Rezard's Tower(which you did) this
is a breeze. Start by walking to the right. You just as you approach the
gate it will open for you. Head to the right and in the first room 
climb the stair that lead to a platfrom at the top. On this platform you
can find a chest containing a Wild Bird Talon. You will also notice that
whenever you open a chest you will get attacked by a monster. Anyways head
to the right. Open the chest and you will get a Reduce Power. After you 
have that head to the right and you can find a chest that has the skill;
Stun Magic. When you have that go back to the room that had the Reduce 
Power and take the route down. Jump to the platform and you will find a
chest that contains a Night Shade. Now jump up to the chain and use that
to get to the platfrom on the left, from which you can jump to the right.
Enter the door and in this room you can grab a Eye of Heaven and in that
chest you can find a good skill, Resist Magic. Once you have that take the
door to the right. If you climb to the top you can find a room that has
a Save Point. Save and then take the Bottom door on the right. You will
now be in a room that has a bunch of moving platforms. In this room, jump
on the platforms and when you reach the top you should see a chest(it 
contains a Stun Check). Now take the door that is near the Stun Check. Head
throught the door that leads up and you will be in a room where you can 
pick up some Plant Seed, and Estock, and the skill Darkness Arrow. Once
you have those leave the room and head to the right. Fall down and take the
route that leads to the left. Now climb up the stairs and you can find a
Resist Damage, Lapis and an Ether Scpeter. Head back to the room that had
the Platfroms. Now Fall Back down and take the door near the bottom right. 
Go up twice. Now head to the right and a door will shut on you. You can 
find 3 chests in here. They contain a Zebori, a Reduce Power, and a 
Crystal. Kill all the enemies and you will then get a 10000 Experience 
Bonus, and the door will open. Now if you can do the Crystal Jump(using
Crystal Dust to make a platform in mid-air) then just jump up and you will
be at a Save Point. Now work your way to the top of that room and you
will be able to find a Combo Jewel and a Demon Slayer(watch out, the
chests will cause you to become dizzy for a while(i.e. Controls are now
Backwards). Anyways once you have those make sure that you have the 
a Stun Check for all of your fighters or other wise you will lose this
battle. Now head to the left. 

   When you enter you will see a 3 Soldiers and a woman chained up inside
a gem. Valkyie will ask them if they are Soldiers from Hell and then says
that she won't allow them to take this Womans Soul. The Reaper Lords will
and Valkyrie will talk a little bit and then it is time to fight.

Boss Battle
-----------

Name:3x Reaper Lords

HP:16000
   
Recommended Level:22

Attacks:Chaos Sword

EXP:60000

Strategy:You will lose this battle if you do not have a Stun Check for all
         fighter. The Reaper Lord will almost always(95%) manage to stun
         you characters. And that is the hardest part of this battle. They
         will still do a lot of damage, but so long as the don't stun you
         it is okay. Now what you have to try and do is allow Meltina to
         get off a Celestial Astral and then this battle is over. It is 
         not to hard to do, but this might be the first battle you lose. 

   After the battle you will find 3 Artifacts. If your Estimated Worth
is 100 or above I say take them all. They are all very good. One is the
Star Guard(keep). The next is the Seitsue:"Advantia"(Leave if you have the
Seitsue:"Unicorn Horn") and then the Seii:"Britannia Garb"(Keep). When
you have done all of that you will get a message saying that you go a
80000 Bonus Experience. If you look behind the frozen woman you can then
find a Mighty Check. After that head to the left and you will be able
to find a Beast Slayer. After that head all the way back to where you found
the first Reduce Power. Now this time head to the left and head up. Now
grab all the treasures in that room and then leave for the exit. When
you get to the World Map use your Soul Concentration. It will tell you
to head to Valnova.

Badluck
-------

   As the scene opens you will see Badluck underneath a bridge at night.
He will be wondering if this is where he is supposed to be. Badluck will
then walk to the center of the screen and wonder where they are. A Voice
will say that they are already here. Badluck will be shocked at this. A
Man in black will then jump from the top of the bridge and slash Badluck.
The Assassin will then tell Badluck he got what he deserved. Badluck will
go down to his knees. The screen will then flash and you will be in a 
flashback. An Old Woman(Jenna)will be standing outside a house. She will
be yelling up to the window wondering how long it will be before you get
to work. A younger Badluck will walk to the window and asks what he would
know about work and then says he doesn't have the time. Jenna will wonder
what he is talking about, saying that he should go look for work now.
Badluck will then eventually give in. As Badluck walks out the front door
the scene will go into color. Badluck will ask Jenna what he would be able
to do in times of War. Jenna will say that he answered his own question
and that she can take care of the house. Badluck will ask about those
flowers. Jenna will say that it is called a Cactus. Badluck will wonder
about this Cactus. Jenna will say that they are a plant that will give
a flower. Badluck will talk about how it is sharp and Jenna will reply that
is how it protects itself. Badluck will say that he understands, it is just
he would grow a different plant. Badluck then goes on to wonder how he is
going to make any Gold. Jenna will tell him to get involved in the War.
Badluck will then slowly agree. You then see Badluck walk into a room
with alot of people and asks if there is anyway he can make a lot of
gold quickly. The Woman(Knowen as a "Female Agent") will wonder why he
would come here. Badluck will then say that he is going to start the
Valnova Thieves Guild and then asks who wants to join. The Female Agent
will say that she needs proof of this and he should return when he has it.
Badluck says that he will be back and then leaves. You will now see Badluck
standing outside of the building and wonders how a man is supposed to make
any Gold. You will now see an injured Badluck limping along. Badluck says
he will have to make this brief. Badluck will make it to the house and 
wonders if they are there(this is the first time you see just how injured
Badluck is). The view of the house will change and Badluck will kneel by
the flowers. He will then wonder why he would come here when he is going
to die... Badluck then asks for someone to help him with the pain.

   The screen will go dark and Badluck will note this. A voice will then
say that he won't die, and that she will help him with the pain. Badluck
will wonder who he called. You will then see another Badluck, except this
one is lifeless. Badluck will wonder what is going on. And if he is dead
or alive. Valkryie will warp in and Badluck will ask who the hell are you.
Badluck will then realize and become very happy, when he thinks he will
get to go to Valhalla. Valkyrie will tell him he is wrong. Badluck will
ask whats going on and if you are really Valkyrie. Badluck then goes on
to say that when he dies you are supposed to take him to Valhalla. Valkryie
will say ordinarly yes, But... Badluck will inquire about this. Valkyrie
will then explain that she doesn't need him. Badluck will say that he 
he should be taken. Valkyrie says that she won't present him to Odin. And
goes on to say Badluck can spend his time as a Soldier of Hell. Badluck
will tell Valkyrie to wait, saying that he doesn't want to goto Hell.
He then goes on about how he doesn't want to die. Valkyrie then says that
she just came to talk to him. Badluck will be a little more relieved and
asks what she wants to talk about. Badluck will say it must be about the
Old Man. Valkyrie will wonder about this Old Man. Badluck will say that
he killed him. Valkyrie will then tell him that he is going to Hell. 
Badluck will then ask for Valkyrie to help him saying that he hasn't done
many bad things except being a Spy, a Thief, and chasing Women. Valkyrie
will say she is disgusted. Valkyrie will then tell him he still has some
time left. Badluck will tell her to wait. Valkyrie will then say that he
doesn't have much time left. You will then see a bud and a message 
will come up on the screen talking about how the Cactus will flower in the
Moonlight etc.(i.e. Metaphor for Badluck). You will then see the bud
bloom into a beautiful flower. Badluck will realize what she is trying to
do.

   You will then hear Badluck talk about how he was different 3 or 4 years
ago. You will now see some cells while Badluck talks about how he taking
a Job from Valnova. Badluck then says that he will make this quick and 
then talks about his job and who he worked for(not important). You will 
then look at a poor town while Badluck talks about how he was sent there.
He then talks about how they didn't have much to eat and then talks about
how it is near Valnova. He continues by saying he stayed with someone, but
he couldn't remeber there name. Badluck then stops and wonders if you want
him to keep telling the story. You will now see Badluck next to a Horse
with a Cart. He then talks about how he didn't want to take the job, but
he needed the money. You will then see Badluck and a little girl in a 
Graveyard. Badluck will talk about how the kid and him talked about the 
weather. Anyways this continues saying that he never had a home to goto.
Anyways you will then see Badluck with Valkyrie and Badluck realize that
he has been messing up his life. Valkyrie will then talk about because of
the Girl bad luck can be reborn. Badluck will wonder if it is really true
and Valkyrie asks him if he wants to go. Badluck will say yes. You will
then see the injured Badluck outside of his house. Jenna will then walk
out the door and see him...

   You will now be on the world map. Now use your Soul Concentration and
it will tell you to head to the Forgotten Caves.

Forgotten Caves
---------------

   Please note that I used a party of Valkyrie, Rucio, Badluck and Meltina.
I never found a real good use for Badluck(since Amy with the Crimson Edge
outclasses him by miles). Anyways once you have your party head to the
right and make sure you have your Dragon Slayer equipped. Kill the Dragon
and then kill the flying skull. Now head to the right for two screens and
kill all of those monsters. Now if you take the bottom path you can find
some Iron Ore and Black Pearl Dust. Now jump up and to the right and you
will be able to find a Broken Sword ans something else. Anyways once all
of the enemies are killed, leave and use your Soul Concentration. This 
time it will tell you to the Archdain Ruins.

----
Gray
----

   When you enter you will Selia walking along the enterence. She will be
thinking about Kashel and about how he told her she can't just drift like
the wind. She will continue to walk and then think she should have Sold 
out like Aluze did. Selia will then hear thoughts By Amy and Kashel. And
eventually she will think the only reason she is like this is her revenge
to Grey. You will now see Selia camping by a fire and she will be asked by
voices if she ever plans to return and that she can't drift. Selia will 
then wonder about Kashel, Baltos, Raulph, and Amy, and will then cry. Now
you will see Selia standing before the gates of the Archdain Ruins. She is
wonder why she is going to do this. She wonders if it is because she is
a woman and then thinks she has no friends left. She then starts walking
saying that she knows everyone will give her luck. Selia will enter the
room where you faught the Reaper Lords and call out for Gray. Selia then
wonders why he won't answer. Gray then notes it is Selia. Selia then says
that she came her to defeat him for Kashel, Amy and everyone who has died.
Selia continues by saying that this day Lemia died. Selia then holds her
sword at Grey's throat and asks him what he has to say. There will be a 
long pause and Selia will drop her sword. She will wonder what she was 
saying. She will fall on Grey and ask him to say that he didn't kill 
Lemina. Selia then continues by telling him to say that she did it. As
she falls down she says that it was her fault. Grey will say that he is
sorry. Then all of a sudden the Suit of Armor will fall and there will be
nothing there. Selia will then ask where Grey is.

   You will now see Valkyrie with Grey. Valkyrie will say that even though
he doesn't have a body, she can still summon his soul. Grey says that he
doesn't want to do anything. Valkyrie will then say that she needs Souls
to help them. Grey will be very hesitent, and Valkyrie will realize the
he is a Sword of God. After that you should be back on the World Map and
all Manditory events have been completed.

   Now you have to decide if you want to send Rucio up now and get Ending
A or keep him and get Ending B. I recommend that you play both ways at 
least once. Anyways what ever you choose, do it, and then waste out
the rest of the Periods. When you do decide to send Rucio up a scene will
take place...

Minor Spoiler
-------------

   *Don't read this section unless until you either do it, or otherwise
it will provide a Minor Spoiler to the game. I'm just warning you.


-------------------------------START--------------------------------------



   You will see Valkyrie and Rucio sitting on top of a Mountain. Valkyrie
will say that Rucio's Soul seems very uneasiness and wonders what is going
on. Rucio will stay silent. Valkyrie will say that he didn't answer her,
and then says that no matter what she will never forget him. Rucio will 
then look up and Valkyrie asks him what is wrong. Rucio wonders if he can
return to that Village once more. Valkyrie will say why not.

   You now see Valkyrie and Rucio walking through a village. Rucio will
say that this Village makes him feel alive. Rucio will keep walking till
he reaches a clearing when he tells Valkyrie this is where they met. They
will then keep walking until they reach the last house. Valkyrie will ask if
this is the one. Rucio says if he remebers right that is the girls house.
He continues by saying that this must be Platina's house. Rucio will talk
about how he couldn't say anything to help Platina her problems. Rucio
will then tell Valkyrie about how he and Platina tried to run away. He then
continues by talking about how he was weak and didn't know what he was 
doing. 

   Valkyrie and Rucio will be walking through a forest. Rucio will say that
they both ran into the Darkness. Rucio will then grab Valkyrie's hand and
drags her along. He will then say they eventually reached this spot. Rucio
and Valkyrie will be standing in a very beautiful valley. Rucio then tells
her to fell that breeze. You will then see Valkyrie remove her helmet and
let the air blow through her hair. Rucio will then walkover to Valkyrie
and says she reminds him of someone. Valkyrie asks if it is the girl. Rucio
will say this is where Platina died, because he couldn't do anything. 
Valkyrie will then asks Rucio if she still reminds him of the girl. Rucio
will say that she is the image of Platina, but he doesn't feel any Love
towards Valkyrie. Valkyrie will then kiss Rucio and you will see a close-up
of the shocked Rucio. 

   After that you will see Valkyrie thinking that she must have really 
looked like the girl. Valkyrie will then drop her head and say that Gods
and Humans can not love each other. Valkyrie will then give a but and then
remove her helmet. Then she says that she is glad that she revived him. 
And the scene will then fade...

Extras
------

   Infinity Rod-If you have Meltina in your party head to Flansburg. If you
                go to her room a scene will take place. Meltina will come 
                out and note that everything has been turned to ice. Except
                for this as she finds the Infinity Rod. The Infinity Rod is
                a good weapon if you don't have the Seitsue:"Unicorn Horn".
                Otherwise this weapon is out classed as it only increases 
                your MP by 880(vs.1200) and it has a 10% chance of 
                breaking.

   After that use up the rest of your periods as you would like and then
Frei will show up.

Sacred Phase 5-6
----------------

   Frei will greet you and then gets right to telling you how the battle
is going. Here are my results.


Before:

   After this Frei will ask if you want to see how your characters are
doing. After that Frei will give you 16140 Materlize Points. Frei then
told me Odin has decided to give you some Items. Here is what I got.

   Poison Blow
   Seitsue:"Advantia"

   Frei will then tell you to keep up the good work and you will soon find
yourself on the Chapter 6 World Map. Also I generally will send Nanami up,
since she was pretty useless 2 chapters ago.

   Start off by using your Soul Concentration and it will show you the 
Abaondoned Town of Dyban.

Abandoned Town of Dyban

   Before I get started I want to warn you that the enemies in here are
fairly strong. So I recommend you use a party of Valkyrie, Amy, Gray and
Meltina. They will be strong enough to take the kind of damage the monsters
give here. Now on with walkthrough.

   When you enter Dyban you will see a Man right next to what appears to 
be a Guillotine. That Man(Balbrosa) will be shouting, saying that there
aren't many more that can feel his love(i.e. He wiped out the Village). 
Then wonders when more will come. Balbrosa will then start to scream in 
pain and shout out the names Darius, Gain, and Woluce. He will then wonder
what turned him into such a coward. He then wonders why he can't ever forget
about it. You will then see Valkyrie and she will walk to Balbrosa. 
Balbrosa will then notice Valkyrie and say that it is the Demon Kings 
Servant; Valkyrie. Balbrosa will then start talking about how Destiny 
doesn't matter and about how they rule the Country without it. Valkyrie
will wonder what he is talking about since he destroyed the Country.
Balbrosa will say it doesn't matter, since they make the decisions now.
A weird light will then surround Balbrosa. He will then transform into a
Suit of Armor that carries a Giant Sword(But has no Head). You will then 
get into a battle with "New" Balbrosa.

Strategy:This battle is very difficult. Balbrosa does a ton of damage and
         can cause all sorts of Status Ailments. That is why you need to
         take him out in one shot. Which you can do with a Party of 
         Valkryie, Amy, Gray and Meltina. Just attack on your first turn 
         and then use the Clinchers in the following orders, Nibelgun 
         Velocity, Dragon Dread, Celestial Astral and then Icicle Disaster.
         If you do that(and they all have strong weapons) Balbrosa will
         be taken out in one shot. Otherwise you may have difficulty 
         winning if you fight a long battle. 

   After the battle Balbrosa will be saying that even in spite of the pain
he is not going anywhere. He then says that he won't die. Now it is time
for round two. Just review the strategy I have and you should be find for
the second time. After the second battle you will see Balbrosa dissappear
in a puff of smoke. Walk to the left and Balbrosa will some how be back.
Balbrosa will then talk about how he will stop you and about how he won't
die. Valkyrie will then say that she understands, This is only part of 
Balbrosa. And in order to kill him they will need to kill the other parts
as well. So now your task is to kill the other parts of Balbrosa.

   Start by walking to the left and take the path that leads down. Then
start heading to the right and eventually you will see some monsters. 
Valkyrie will wonder how the Undead got here. Anyways start heading to the
right. Also you may get lucky and get a Full Plate, which will really help.
Anyways walk to the right until you get to another screen. You should now
be in a room that has some stairs that go down and then there is a way to
the right. Take the way to the right for two screens. Kill that Harpy and
then head back and take the stairs that lead down. Now walk to the right
and you will reach a room that has some stairs leading down, take them. 
Now walk to the left for two screens and you will reach a room that has
a pentagram on the floor and some crystals around it. Valkyrie will wonder
if this could be a Time Machine. The screen will go black and you will then
hear some laughing. A voice will tell you this is Amusing. 
Valkyrie will asks what a is so amusing about it. The Voice will say that 
it can change time. Valkyrie will say that she understands. You will now 
see Valkyrie and she will wonder what is going on with this thing. A Light
will then lift Valkyrie into the air and she will say this is bad. The
screen will the go black and message will come up on the screen tell you
(note that I shortened this quite considerably) that you are going to go
to a time before the Earth Gods. When you can see again, you will notice
that the crystals have broken. So start walking to the right. When you 
enter that room Valkyrie will look down the hall and note that this looks
like the inside of a castle. So walk to the right till you reach the 
stairs. Climb them and then start walking to the left until you can take
the stairs up. On the next screen you will see some dead soldiers bodies
lying on the ground. Anyways walk to the all the way to the left and when
you get out Valkyrie will notice that it is a City. Valkyrie will then feel
some people and quickly changes clothes. You will then hear a Womans Voice
talk about how these people will get No Mercy. A Man will say yes. You will
then see what looks like Valkyrie in Black walk by. With Rourry and Meltina
in tow. The Female Swordsman look-alike, will ask where Balbrosa is. The
Meltina look-alike will say that Aluze currently has him. The Rourry 
look-alike will say that they can't have three mages. The Mage will then 
talk about how this town will pay. The Female Swordsman will say that is 
right, but they have to get the king. The Valkyrie look-alike will tell 
the other two to go ahead. She will then wonder if that is Rennas. The 
Valkyrie Clone will then say that it can't be. The Real Valkyrie will then 
come out and wonders what Arlia would be doing here. Valkyrie then wonders 
if they could have used the Time Machine. You will now be free to explore 
the town.

   If you talk to the villagers they will all talk about how the King is
going to be sacrificed as an offering to Veriza. So, What you need to do
is to talk to all vistors. Also I just want to let you know that the first
house has two floors. If you are in a hurry you can easily miss that. Now 
head to the Time Machine. This time Valkyrie will note that it is broken 
and then wonder where they could have gone to. So now what you have to do 
is work your way to the top of the castle(this is the most boring part of 
all this.) Anyways when you reach the top head all the way to the left. 
Then go near the Bookshelf and press the O Button. It will ask you if you
flip the switch on the bookshelf. Choose the top answer;yes. The Bookshelf
will then move aside and reveal a passage, so walk inside it. When you
enter Valkyrie will ask if anyone is in here. She will continue by saying
that she isn't with the others. A Woman named Malbus will come out from
behind a statue and asks who you are. Valkyrie will then ask Malbus
what this strange room is for. Malbus will then introduce herself, and
say she is Balbrosa's Wife. She will then say that the King was taken
by three Mages. Malbus will then walk over to Valkyrie and pull out a 
crown. She will then want Valkyrie to take it. She then says that she
knows that you can stop it.

   The scene will then change to that of the Execution. You will see 
Rourry and Meltina in front and Rofar and Aluze next to the Guillotine. The
Fake Valkyrie(Arlia) will then come out and says that they should watch
what will happen to their King. The Guillotine will then drop... A message
will then come up about how ever since then they he wished to be King 
again. You will now see the Guillotine lit up by the Moonlight with 
Valkyrie standing next to the head of Balbrosa. Valkyrie will say that it 
is all over. Valkyrie will then pick up the head of Balbrosa and think
about him. Valkyrie will then wonder how see can put this together. Valkryie
then gets an idea. The screen will go black and you will then see Valkyrie
trying to figure out a way to get back. After that you will see Valkyrie
walk up to Balbrosa. She then tells him that the Queen has something to
give him. Balbrosa will be supprised at this. Valkyrie will then pull out
the crown and say this is it. Balbrosa will then say that you must have
gotten it from Malbus. Valkyrie will say that is right. Balbrosa will then
tranform back into his original shape. Valkyrie will then jump up and hand
him the crown. Balbrosa will grab it. Balbrosa will then go into a long
monologue about how he has dreamed about this for an Eternity(I shortened
this part up a lot, but that is the general just). He will then thank
you, The War Goddess Valkyrie, and then disappear. Valkyrie will then look
at the Guillotine and start to think about how Balbrosa thought it was her,
but wasn't and then will remeber that period. She will then say that you
Mage Spirits should come out. You will then see three Mages warp in. Dairus
will then say that Valkyrie is annoying. Woluce will then say this is the
second time you've stopped them. Darius then goes on saying about how they
had that Kings Soul. Gain will then say that you then freeded him. Woluce
will then say he has had enough of this. The go on and on like that and
eventually Valkyrie will say that she will meet them in the Castle.

   Now walk back to the castle. Now walk until you can take the stairs that
lead up. Now a little to your left will be a Save Point, Save. Then 
continue walking to the left. Enter the first door that leads down and you
can find an Eye of Heaven. Leave that room and keep heading until you can
take another door that leads down. Inside that room you can find a 
Dark Savior. Once you have that head back to the right and Save again. 
Now climb the stairs that lead to the right. In this room enter the first
door you see to find a Lancer. Now head to the right and climb that stairs.
Enter the first door and you can find the skill;Triple Distress. Now head
back out and keep going to the left. Take the next route that leads down
and you can find "The Neck of the Faceless Doll". Now head back to the hall
and keep going to the left. When you reach the Stairs take the left route
before you take the right route. Now head down the first door you see and
you can grab some Bolt Sake. Now head back out and keep going to the left.
Take the next door down and you can find an Evoke Feather(like you don't
already have 6000 of those already). Leave that room and keep heading to
the left. Take the stairs down and to the right and then enter the room
at the end of the hall. You can find a Estock and a Reflect Sorcery in 
here. Now head back all the way to those stairs and this time take it to
the right. Just walk right for one screen(there is nothing in the bottom
room) and take the stairs to the left. Walk to the left for one screen
and then take the door that leads down. In this room you can find an Ether
Scepter and a Nightshade. Head back out and continue to the left. Now
continue walking left as far as you can and you will find three chests.
One Contains the spell;Cross Airrade, the other has Concentration and the
last has a Naken:"Moon Phalax". Once you have those head back to the right.
Now head all the way to the Save Point. What your job is now is to use
crystals to be able to make it up to that Stain Glass Window to the top
left of the Save Point. When you can successfully break it you will recieve
a 35000 Experience Bonus. Now Jump up and walk through the hole that you
just created. Now start walking to the left until you can go up.
