    If a character has a new move that they did not have in Tekken2
    or Tekken3, I wrote that move in CAPITAL LETTERS!

  TIME RELEASE CHARACTERS
  ----------------------

    When a TTT machine is turned on for the first time, only the 20 default    
    characters are selectable.  The game has an internal clock built in,
    so every 7 days or so a new character becomes time released and playable.
    If you don't feel like waiting, you can play as the next coming Time
    Release character by luck of the draw in Random Select.
