split again but instead of Reith, Raul is the leader. Agreian will call but
before you answer, fight some battles in Lester Woods to level up. You can
fight in other areas before contacting the General. At the Headquarters
Save Point talk with the other members to build trust.

a. Your goal is to go to Mount Seikreit where the Celestial Shard is hidden.
You will be taken to Mt. Selton immediately. Don't worry about having to
walk far because you will be taken to the magic circle. When you reach the
Save point on Mt. Sekreit, save your game and then head for the Shard.

a. You will start out on Mt. Selton. After saving your game, go to the Turibo
hideout again. When you arrive it will be empty. After leaving the Turibo
hideout, a Turibo will give you an ultimatum. You are to go to the Great
Temple to get the Ice Shard and bring it to Astine Marsh. At the Mt. Selton
Save Point, do some trust building.

b. This time when you arrive in the Great Temple it is like a dungeon so be
careful. A few steps in and you will have to face Clerics in battle. The
Clerics are just as easy to defeat just like the previous encounters. Walk
forward a bit more and you will fight another set of Clerics.

c. After the two battles with Clerics you can walk around but be careful
because there are more Clerics around. Surprise them by walking around in
Detect Mode. There are a number of treasures in this place. Get them all
and then enter the door across from the Mt. Selton Entrance to reach the
Ice Shard.

e. Leave the Ice Chamber and then go to the door on the northern part of the
Great Temple. This will take you to the stairs of the Great Temple. There
is no mini map so walk around in Detect Mode and try to surprise the
Clerics. Go through the door at the top near the chest and then enter
another door in that hallway to reach Ladrinne's room. You will receive
Ladrinne's Bracelet at this point.

with Amila. This is a one on one battle and after it is over, the rest of
your team will join up with Raul.

| 37 Search for Calintz (Raul's Party) |

a. After the events at Lake Astine, you will find yourself in Emon. Go through
Mabres to reach Efor. Before you arrive in Efor, you will see a trainer of
the Takon Dojo. Train with them to obtain the Taizan Gekiso style for Haren
or Rianna. In this Dojo you have 7 turns to Attack. Use Counter Mode to
deal all of your damage. For each trainer the number of attacks given
decreases by 1. If you find it too difficult now, come back later when you
are stronger

b. After leaving Mabres and arriving in Efor, go through town and continue
toward S. Astine Marsh. When you reach the building in the center of the
lake, you will find Calintz. The story will shift to Orha at this point.

a. This is a trial by fire. Orha must fight for his life because the Blast
Worms plan to execute him. After the battle he will take on two more Blast
Worms to rescue Serina.

a. Calintz is trying to work out his problems and find's himself in Fuget.
After the scenes in Fuget, he will learn the special technique, Crimson
Scar. Crimson Scar is an ability that reduces damage. While walking through
the woods, Calintz sees Orha arguing with Azhadi. Calintz will join Orha in
a battle against Azhadi.

b. Run through Lester Woods and when you reach the end of that screen, the
story will progress. Don't worry about fighting because there are no
enemies here. You will be taken to Mabres, which is one step away from
Emon. Serina will have the Gentou style as well as the rest of the ones
that Reith had.
C. In Emon you will get everyone back except for Raul. After leaving the
Elders house, Rostin will call you. He has just completed the Rusty 29 and
he is willing to let you fly for free. To fly I, you need to contact him
via the Communication Sphere.
d. (Optional)Enter the Entress Desert from Remie and you will see a shiny
object on the ground. You will receive Pnosen's Pendant. Return to Pnosen
Library and give Amon the Pendant. He will let you keep the pendant. Go to
the second floor of the Library and open the previously locked door. In the
rooms beyond the door there are more books to read. You will get items
after reading books in this area. The chests can be opened by using the
keys that you find.

a. After losing to Neikan, the story moves to Emon. Calintz must find his
Master Zekart who is also the Hero of Wind. As soon as you leave Emon, you
will be taken to Zekart's House. When you arrive, Zekart will
test you.

b. After the battle, Zekart is hungry, so you must find him some food. Luckily
the Nordon Snow area has Feral Lynx's. You need to collect 5 pieces of
Feral Lynx Meat. After collecting the necessary amount, return to Zekart's
house.
c. After returning with the meat, speak to Zekart a couple of times and he
will ask if you are ready. Say yes and prepare to learn the Universal
Sword. This test will consist of a series of battles from Calintz's past.
You can only use counter mode for this test.

| 42 The Ultimate Showdown |

a. Serina and Calintz will meet the rest of the Tears of Blood at Lake Astine.
Haren, Chris and Rianna have been captured and it's up to Calintz and his
group to rescue them in Lester before they get executed. Get to a
Communication Sphere so that you can get Rostin to take you to
Headquarters. Walk to Lester from the Headquarters. When you arrive in
Lester you will have to fight the Alliance.

trust.
