5. Chapter 1:
Difficult Mode:

Start Collecting Additional Essence of Amahagane!!! +
Use of Kamui on them will give you Essence x2 instead of x1!!!.
Mt. Kurama:
S5.1
*Mt. Kurama revisit 1, first screen.
Defeat samurai soldiers and sometimes/a bit rare they will drop Essence
(more reliable on the Japanese version).
Myogyoji Temple:
S5.2
*Right before the big red door, second group of enemies,
just keep coming back through the big red door!.

*At the ground before the stairs to the big red door,
2nd group of enemies
S5.4
*Right after the big red door/ in front of the building with
the Save/Retreat option. Defeat the priestess.
I did this with Benkei right after getting the Amber Prayer Beads.
Nue's Place:

*Right after you defeat Nue.
Beat down priestess and some of them will drop Essence.
I collected Essecnce x31 :)~ but then I need to move on.
Gojo:
S5.6
*At the Gojo Bridge, defeat samurai soldiers.

*After the Gojo Bridge, defeat Thick Armor.
Rokuhara Palace:
S5.8
*Downstairs right after the main entrance of the Rokuhara Palace.
Defeat priestess.
Chapter 2:
Difficult Mode:
Trial of Tenkukai:
S5.9
*A group of monkeys just before the door to fight
the Four Handed Swords.
Trial of Tenkukai - revisit 1 with Benkei:

*A group of small monkeys before the Stone Monument.
S5.11
*A group of monkeys on the floating platform after the
Stone Monument.
You might want to beat down the small monkeys first instead of the
big one because the big one will call for more backups and one of
the backups might carry the Essence you are looking for.
This way, you will also save some travel time, or not.
It might become a little difficult to handle the situation with the
big monkey still playing in the field and get stronger and stronger.
Trial of Chisinkai:

*Area 1, intersection 1, Right path, defeat Statue Soldiers.
Trial of Chisinkai - revisit 1 with Yoshitsune:

*Area 1, intersection 1, Right path, defeat Statue Soldiers.

*Area 1, intersection 3, get Additional Essence from
the first group of Beast Wolf.
Trial of Tenkukai - revisit 2 with Yoshitsune:

Chapter 3:

*Defeat Lightning Elemental enemies at the alley after the room with
double book shelf on the left and right
(right after you get the Samonji's Sword).

*Defeat Fire Elemental enemies at the alley just before
the Sapphire/Ruby Seal room with the Save/Retreat option.

*Defeat (all)Fire Elemental at the room where Benkei got the
Ruby Prayer Beads
(Just go Up, Up, Up from where Benkei starts).

*Remember Yoshitsune's path?.
From the room with a type L book shelf, go out to the Up/North
path and you will fight 3(three) Ice Elemental.
If you feel vibration, they will surely drop the Add. Essence.
Myogyoji Temple: Revisit 1 with Yoshitsune

*Defeat samurai soldiers at the stairs path
(the 2nd group of enemies at the beginning of Myogyoji Temple)

*Defeat enemies in front of the building where you found
Bracelet of Heavens
(Go through the big red door and continue to the left area).
Myogyoji Temple: Revisit 2 with Benkei

*Defeat 2nd group of enemies on the roof top of the building where
you found the Bracelet of Heavens
(From the belfry area, jump onto the upper roof of the building
on the right side, then jump across to the roof top of the
building on the opposite/left side).
Gojo bridge:
S5.25 Defeat the second group of enemies at the Gojo Bridge.
Mt. Kurama, Revisit 6 with Yoshitsune:
S5.26
*Defeat samurai soldiers on the way to the hill top,
climb up the hill steps next to the Save/Retreat point
and you will find one group of samurai soldiers on the
next screen to the left.

*Defeat the first group of samurai soldiers on the way
up to the hill top,
climb up the hill steps next to the Save/Retreat point
and you will find one group of samurai soldiers on the
next two screens to the left, right after (S5.26).
Rokuhara Palace:

*Defeat one of archers in front of the Rokuhara's main entrance
(Kamui and press [] to deflect the arrow).
Rokuhara Palace, Revisit 1 with Benkei:

*Defeat samurai soldiers in front of the second fishpond.

*Defeat samurai soldiers in front of the main entrance to
the Rokuhara Palace.

*Defeat priestess on the downstairs after defeating the
Green Sumo enemies next to the Save/Retreat option inside
the Broken Sturdy Door 2.

*Defeat priestess right before the Altar of Kiyomori.
Rokuhara Palace, Sturdy Door 2 is Broken:

*Defeat the 2nd group of samurai soldiers on the first big rack
(Y05).

*Defeat samurai soldiers on the next area after the 3rd big rack
(Y07).
Rokuhara Palace, Sturdy Door 1 is Broken:

*Defeat samurai soldiers at the center area where you find the
sturdy lattices and Black Lacquered Armor (B15).

*Defeat Thick Armor samurai soldiers at the last big rack
on the way to the Final Boss area.

*Defeat samurai soldiers at the last room (downstairs) before
you reach to Kiyomori's private room
Well, you guess it, the harvest time is here already!!!
Just keep coming back through the other side of the door/area or use
the Retreat option and start collecting the Essence 'till you are
satisfied!!!.
After a while, they will not drop the Essence for some time.
Pay attention that some of the places above are a bit rare to drop Essence!
Hmm, I wonder that Additional Essence is spread all over Japan?
I have to assume that there are many random places offer Additional Essence
and perhaps I miss some of the places because of its random style.
6. Chapter 3:
Difficult Mode:

Secret Item from Raiju on Difficult Mode.
Get Tengu Herb x1 from Raiju, the only exception in Difficult Mode.
7. Chapter 3:
Difficult Mode:

Multi Kamui (Three times a Kamui during a single Kamui session)
on Devilish Moritoshi Hoe Goblin Taira (MK), Underground Prison.
