Below are the cheat codes, hints and help for Genji: Dawn Of The Samurai - Strategy Guide (Page 08).
I manage to get 90hits+ and 6/7 continuous kills.
Too bad it does not drop any valuable items for this challenge.
How about 100hits+.
Kuyo's attack is not a dangerous kind,
just move around and you will be fine.
Perform a Kamui on the Giant Stone and it will drop the
Key Item Giant Evil Bone. The Kamui will automatically continue to
Kuyo, press [] at the right timing and she will drop a Key Item,
Crystal Ball.
Note : Every time the Giant Stone falls on its knees,
it is considered as a 1(one) Kill on the screen.
At least there are 3(two) main actions to persuade Kuyo to
approach you:
-Comboing the Giant Stone until it drops on its knee and Kuyo will
approach to heal it. Attack Kuyo.
-Perform a Kamui on the Giant Stone, and successfully press the
[] right on timing then Kuyo will approach at your back,
press the [] right on timing to deal a big/huge damage on her.
-Track her movement and when she is going to perform magic attack,
she will be vulnerable. You will not get a high combo hits though
since she is able to teleport herself,
right at the critical moment.
When the Giant Stone punch to the ground, which means the drills
will come out from the ground. Just move around a bit.
Kuyo will deliver thunder and ice attack
However, if you do not touch the thing you will not get hurt.
Kuyo is so powerful in the cut scenes,
but in real fight she is almost useless?
Just hope on the next episode, she turns real evil!
Kamui Flash:1)Perform a Kamui on the Giant Stone, he will attack your with
missiles?. Press [] at the half way up to almost hit you.
2)If successful, the Kamui will continue to Kuyo,
she will appears behind you, and ready to attack you with the
hair whip. Press [] when it almost hit you.
Counterattack: When the Giant Stone is attacking your lower body with its
grappling hand, wait until it reaches you and press [].
Weapon equipped : Lightning Sword (advisable to paralyze the Giant Stone,
thus easier to perform combo hits)
Accessory equipped: Bracelet of Man (any accessory)

Continue Mode: They are the same as in Normal Mode.

Difficult Mode: They both more aggresive and a bit stronger.
The Giant Stone is able to throw its missiles a lot more so you
need to press [] twice during a single Kamui and Kuyo will
attend to use more magic attack to keep you away from healthy.
The Giant Stone can perform its Golem Punch many times in a row
and you can aerial combo him (Avoid Jump+Triangle+[])
many times in continuous until he kneels down.
It is going to be a mess there since Kuyo will keep releasing
the Drills and Elemental Traps.
You might want to, once a while keep tracking Kuyo to stop her
naughty mind.
It is MOST difficult now to bring up to the Challenge Mode.
(Mostly because the camera angle and other things)

Yoshitsune
Bring the enemies near to the bridge (intersection) and use continuous Kamui
to reach to the Invincible Ranking.
There is a left turn on the damaged house before the bridge, get inside and
open the box to get #Charm of Benevolence# (the same place where you picked up
Thin Metal in Chapter 1).
Turn right at the intersection and walk down to the river side, fight enemies.
Break the jar to get =Talisman of Protection x1= and open the box to get
#Bead of Purple Poison#.
Move on to the Gojo Bridge. This is a good place to get level up ~Lvl.3~ since
a group of enemies keep coming back for many times and you can keep coming
back to this place at any time.
(23 Kills in a row and continuous Invincible Ranking = 2790Exp :)

Difficult Mode: (S5.25) Defeat the second group of enemies at the Gojo Bridge.

Intersection; Left, Right, Up.
-Left:
Once you satisfied, move on. Right after the bridge, break one jar to get
=Talisman of Protection x1=. Walk down to the river side, open the box to get
=Miracle Pill x1= and hit at the left corner to get *Essence x1*.

Continue Mode: The box contained Miracle Pill is empty.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-Right:
Onto the right river side, fight some enemies and break the jar to get
=Miracle Pill x1=. Open the box contains #Bracelet of Earth#.
There is another way in from the Right path. From the right corner,
get inside the Heishi Mansion through the broken wall.
-Up
Fight some enemies and back to the path on the right of the bridge to get
inside the Heishi Mansion.
Funny Thing 2:
Normal, Continue and Difficult Mode.
Finish off the enemies except the leader (red armor) for the last.
Now, when he is defeated, you can smash his body
(black color, standing position) repeatedly (unlimited?) before it touches
the ground (I played Benkei on the revisit to Underground Prison).
At least you can use it to recharge the Kamui Bars.

Get inside from the path of the right of the bridge and open the box to get
=1000Gold=.
To the front of the Underground Prison, fight some enemies and hit on the tree
at the right corner to get *Essence x1*.
There is no Save Point here.

Underground Prison

You know this place well, but this time, big rocks will fall down from the
above. One step at a time and you will be all right.
Use R1 to block or walk while holding R1.
Intersection 1: Left, Up
-Up:
You will see empty jars and another intersection.
Before the intersection there is a vibration.
Hit once at where the rock is falling to get *Essence x1*.
Intersection 2: Left
-Left:
To the prison cage. Fight some enemies and get =Tathagata Pill x1=
from inside the cage.
Move on, there will be 2(two) jars.
The first one contains health replenish.

Difficult Mode: No fire trap here. Just falling rocks.

Intersection 3: Left, Down
-Left:
Another prison cage and some enemies. The green sumo will jump over
the screen and bump on you from the above.
You can try to get the secret item (Medicine of Power) from the green sumo,
it is kind of rare though.
Anyway, the sturdy box inside this cage is for Benkei (B12).
Outside the cage, a bit to the left at the center of the wall there is
*Essence x1*.
-Down:
Big rocks falling down.
Now, you will be at the intersection 1.
-Left:
Fight the green sumo. Open the box and get =1000Gold=
You might want to Save first (at the Dosojin's Shrine) before proceeding to
the boss.
Yoshitsune

Boss : Devilish Hoe Goblin Moritoshi Taira
Difficulty : Medium Easy
Key Item : ^Cursed Gauntlet^.
Item : None.
Money : ? (N + C)
Condition : Strong defense.
Tips : Use Kamui once on him to get the Cursed Gauntlet.
Note : Be careful of his combo hits, you will get dizzy.
When Hoe Goblin attacks with the poison, do not get near him
even when defending, the purple smoke will reduce your health.
Counterattack when he is rushing forward his weapon to you.
When he hits the wall, rocks will be falling from the above.
Kamui Flash:1)He will swing his weapon and perform rush attack.
Press [] when it almost hit you.
It happens very fast you might want to perform a Double Kamui.
1)Or when he is close enough, he will perform a multithrust
attack. When it almost hit you, you must press [].
Weapon equipped: Lightning Sword (any weapon)
Accessory equipped: Charm of Healing (any accessory)

Difficult Mode: He attacks very fast during a Kamui. His defense is tougher.
His attack variation is the same as before.
His Kamui Flash is faster than before thus you need to press
[] right in time when he starts attacking (rushing towards you)
His rushing attack now is capable of reaching to the end of
opposite wall (extended version).
You can easily defeat him by combo-ing, defend/avoid, combo-ing
and repeat the process, When you are combo-ing near him,
he is a bit slow to react.
Kamui Flash 3): After succeeding your first Kamui and you are close to him,
perform a second Kamui, he might give you the multithrust
attack. The possibility is very small percentage.
Alternatively, combo-ing him will make him angry and will
initiate his mind to multithrust you.
This way you will have a bigger chance of success.
Press L1 for a Kamui session and enjoy Multi Kamui.
(Sometimes, he will always perform multithrust once triggered)
~S7~ - Multi Kamui:
Interestingly, you are given a chance to perform a Multi Kamui
by pressing [] three times subsequently
(during a single Kamui session!) as viewed on the screen.
And you might want to press [] a few times before it is shown
on the screen just incase you might miss it :). (MK)

Save/Retreat point and you will find one group of samurai

Funny Thing 3:
Difficult Mode.
When you meet the first group of enemies +S5.25+ and decide to leave them
behind (move to upper part area on the same screen),
the enemies will totally disappear.
Just keep running though you are at the end of the upper area
(Yoshitsune is facing to you on the screen).
If you go back down to the original place they showed up,
they will always welcome you with hospitality.
This is not happening when playing in the Normal and Continue Mode.

On the first screen fight some archers and samurai soldiers.
Get *Essence x1* at the place where the archers are positioned.
Walk onto the fishpond, steps on the lands.
On the third land site you will get #Gem of the Demi-god#.
(it is the same place where you picked up Charm of Healing)
Move on to the next screen for another archers battle and at the center
of screen you will get *Essence x1*.
Walk onto the second fishpond, jump to the left for a box with nothing inside
There is a huge stone monument at the center for Benkei to move it(B13).
Another fight on the bridges. Open the box on the right side to get nothing.
The next screen is the main door to the Rokuhara Palace.
Fight archers and Thick Armor. Finish the annoying archers first.

Difficult Mode: +S5.28+
Yeah that is right, you need to finish off the archers first
in order to get Add. Essence x2 Defeat one of archers in front
of the Rokuhara's main entrance (Kamui and press [] to deflect
the arrow).

Inside the palace. Downstairs, and to the next area. The door will open,
break the jar to get =Talisman of Protection x1=.
Move up in circle and the sturdy door no.2 will be broken by the Lizard Man.
On the upper-right corner, hit once to get *Essence x1*.
There is a new path inside the broken sturdy door no.2.
Save/Retreat if you need to. Benkei will be here too.

To the altar on the top and hit once to get *Essence x1*.

Essence x2, Switch player to Yoshitsune inside the Sturdy Door
no.2.

Essence x2, Defeat priestess right before the Altar of Kiyomori

Get back to the Save Point and switch to Benkei.
Go back to where the huge stone monument stands (B13).
Hit once on the monument and you will get #Blue Crescent Moon#
(Benkei's Weapon).
Go back to Rokuhara Palace and sound one of the Taiko Drums (B14) to get
the #Gem of Medicine#.
It does not matter which Taiko Drum you play with, the result will be the same.

Rokuhara Palace, Sturdy Door no.2 is Broken

Benkei
Go upstairs. In the room with a big rack (Y05) fight two groups of enemies.
Continue up and break the bamboo screen, go to the right and break one
jar to get =Potion of Power x1=.

~S2~
Secret Item; Medicine of Power.
Normal Mode and Continue Mode.
Important!
To the right of the Jar you broke just now, there are bamboo screens.
Break it and move forward to the next area.
Go downstairs to fight 4(four) green sumo.
This is the easiest place to get the secret item (Medicine of Power)
and high level up experience bonus.
Use a weapon with a decent or strong power attack to successfully finish them
in one Kamui attack since they have a high defense level.
For the result you will get a 349 Kamui Combo Rating plus +/- 1249 amount
of exp. and a chance to get a secret item; Medicine of Power.
The total attack power will increase according to your weapon's attack.
(If you use Lightning Sword: Attack +75, then the total of your attack point
will be: your current attack + 75 point.
The stronger your weapon, the more additional attack power will you get.
However, the downside is your defense will be cut by a half (only).
(If you equip Eight Dragons for your shield then your defense will only
add 31 points instead of 61 points :).
It is the most powerful item and with this item, it also means your quantity
of items on the menu screen has been completed 100% for Normal Mode.
You can keep coming back to this screen to level up ~Lvl.4~ and collect the
secret item as many times as you like. It is a quick turn over since the
change/next screen is only one step to the upstairs.

Continue forward, move to upstairs. Fight two groups of Lizard Man.
There is a big rack for Yoshitsune to climb up (Y06).
Get out and fight green sumo again on your way. Once you reach outside,
explore to the other side. At the center you will fight taught enemies.
At the same place on the left side there are some sturdy lattices.
Break those sturdy lattices and at the end open the box to get #Ultimate Club#
Next, move on and break those bamboo screens on the left side.
Leave it for now, just continue forward. At the end, fight enemies and get
*Essence x1* and break the jar to get =Hi-Potion of Warding x1=.
Go back to the bamboo screen just now and fight some enemies if
you like but the big rack is the task for Yoshitsune(Y07).
Now switch back to Yoshitsune.

Difficult Mode: +S5.33+
Essence x2, Defeat the 2nd group of samurai soldiers on the
first big rack (Y05).

Jump onto the first big rack (Y05)
and get =Talisman of Protection x1= from the jar, plus *Essence x1*
at the middle-left corner.
Continue to downstairs where you fight green sumo, go upstairs where you
fight two groups of lizard Man. Climb up the big rack in here (Y06)
and pick up #Eight Dragons# (Armor for Yoshitsune).
Move on to where Benkei just now broke those sturdy lattices.
Next to it there is bamboo screens and one big rack (Y07).
Climb it up and get #Doji Slayer# (Yoshitsune's Weapon) from inside the box.
Move on to the next area.

Essence x2, Defeat samurai soldiers on the next area after the
3rd big rack (Y07).

Downstairs, fight Lizard Man and Green Sumo.
To the left area.
Cut scene. This is when the sturdy door no.1 is broken.

Go out and Save at the sturdy door no.2 if you need to.
Now, back to the sturdy door no.1 and move on to upstairs and turn right.
Break the jar on the right to get =Hi-potion of Protection x1=.
Go the other side and break those bamboo screens.
Inside fight Thick Armor and samurai soldiers then climb up the big rack
to get =500Gold= and =Tengu Herb x1= from those jars.
There is *Essence x1* at the center area of the platforms.
Use your Kamui to reveal it
(From the diagonal side, jump and use the X button to hit it).
Get down, inside this room to the right side there is a path to the
boss area.
You might want to explore a bit, but do not forget to get out of this room
and explore to the opposite (other) side.
At the center you will find those sturdy lattices again.
This is a task for Benkei (B14).
At the center area, fight groups of samurai soldiers.
