Weapon equipped : Fox Fire (advisable to set a fire on Shoki)

This will do a good damage much better than single Kamui alone.

For the fourth times, Princess Minazuru is available for questioning.

Yoshitsune
You need to fight your way in, obviously.
Find your way to the fishpond on the same screen (left/right side of the tree)
You will be standing on a small land site, jump to the next land site and
hit once to get *Essence x1*. Jump one more time to pick up #Charm of Healing#
(You cannot use Benkei to jump over between the land sites)
Move on to the next bridges and beat the archers.
On the next screen, go up to the fishpond and you will find a stone monument
(and a vibration). You need Benkei to do something with it (B09).
Jump to the land site on the left and open the box to get #Crescent Moon#
(weapon for Yoshitsune).
Continue to the next screen, you will be facing archers and samurai.
At your right there is #Charm of Poison# inside the box.
Note that you can jump from one edge of the bridge to another.
Once finished, up ahead you will see the main door of the Rokuhara Palace.
Before entering the main door, switch player to Benkei (at the Hermitage).
Move the Stone Monument (B09) and you will get *Essence x1*.

Difficult Mode: There is no Essence x1 under the Stone Monument.

Continue all the way to the main gate and you will end up fighting with
2(two) Thick Armor.

Perform Kamui on both of them.
You can try to use it when they are close to each other.
Kamui Flash: He will piss off and stomping his legs for a few times.
He takes his huge sword and start to charge power.
Now, the moment he swings it and half to reach you,
it is your flash to press [].

Switch player back to Yoshitsune (at the Hermitage).

Difficult Mode:
For Difficult Mode, actually, you do not need to switch player to Yoshitsune
since you will not get new items as in Normal or Continue Mode.
Instead, go with Benkei all the way to the last Save/Retreat option before
the door to fight Kagekiyo. Yoshitsune will be there and you can switch player
to him as you need to.

Go back to the Rokuhara Palace and enter the main door of Rokuhara Palace.
Down the stairs, beat some bad guys, onto the next door.

Fight priestess to get Additional Essence x6 and keep counting.
Just keep coming back through the main entrance to collect
more Essence.

The enemies will stop re-spawning once you reach the Save/Retreat point
(the door before Kagekiyo)
Get =Hi-Potion of Protection x1= from the jar on the right,
move on to the small stairs and open the box at the upper-right to get
#Serpent Pike# (weapon for Benkei).
Continue to your right, the camera angle will change and at the upper-right
corner hit once to get *Essence x1*.
Move around in circle to the left and move down the small stairs to get
=Talisman of Protection x1= from the jar on the left.
FYI
There are 2(two) sturdy doors in this room. You cannot break those
sturdy doors, not even with Benkei (wait until chapter 3).
Now, enter the next door move on to the next area. Fight samurai and the leader
It is your chance to get high Kamui Rating (226 for 5 enemies).
If you wish to defeat the 4(four) samurai, the leader will call for back up.
Benkei is coming to help Yoshitsune.
You can use Save/Retreat option.
Enter the next door for boss battle.
You can choose between Yoshitsune and Benkei.

Difficulty : Easy - Medium Easy

Tips : He is “easy” to defeat.
Yeah you can defeat him by 4 counterattacks w/o a single Kamui :)
Weapon equipped is the weakest one; Unsigned Sword.
Type of weapon does not seem to count very much,
well at lest a little bit only.
At this rate, whatever weapon you equipped,
you can perform a 4 hits Counterattack victory.
Every time Kagekiyo starts attacking with his big slash attack and
shouts -Yeahh?-, that is the flash for performing a Counterattack.
Always pay attention on the distance between you and him.
Even when the distance is a bit too far (I think), your attack
will mostly land on him (the sword number two will hit Kagekiyo).
Yes, you can do it with Benkei, but in my opinion it is easier to
perform with Yoshitsune (he is much faster in sword skill).
Or, you can combine your Kamui skill with Counterattack.
During a Kamui session, it will be a 3 hits Kamui Combo.
Once you finished the 3 hits Kamui Combo,
Kagekiyo will be standing still, stunned, doing nothing.
If you miss the second Kamui Flash, you are still be able to
perform Counterattack on the third hit from Kagekiyo.
Kamui Flash: 1)Kagekiyo is standing, swings his sword in a full circle,
a moment later he jumps/rush toward you, land in front of you,
starts attacking your lower body. Half the way to hit you,
that is your Kamui Flash to press [] button.
2)Kagekiyo will sneak behind you, in a quick second he will
charge his arm for a quick moment before stabbing you
from behind.
Once he released his arm to stab you, the Kamui Flash is there
Press [] before it reaches to you.
3)Again, after the second attack, he will charge his arm for a
second in a bit slow-motion.
Once he released his arm (finished with the slow-motion),
that is the quick call for your Kamui Flash.
Do not get too close to him!.
Easy Counterattack:
Place Kagekiyo at the center, run around him in a good distance,
everytime he performs the big slash attack, you are already at your position
to easily press [] button. Yeaahh!.

Accessory equipped: Charm of Healing (any accessory)

However, in the True 100 Kills Challenge, you will be rewarded with

On the way to the shops, there is a bridge and right after the bridge there is
a downstairs. Follow it down and turn to the left and check out (press Circle)
on the round carving on the wall. It says:

100 KILLS CHALLENGE
Second Challenge:
"You have cleared many trials and tribulations to get to this place.
We have prepared for you a new challenge ..one that is greater than any
you've faced before.
You shall receive a glorious reward if you manage to overcome this
arduous test.
One word of caution however,
once you start the quest, you will not be able to quit,
and you will lose everything if you die.
Are you still willing to take on this challenge?

Conditions: Full Kamui bars is advisable to get clean Kamui Combo.
Tips : It is better for you finish them off one after another to get more
increase on the Kamui bar and also to buy more time thus will also
help you to increase the Kamui bar while in the middle of battle.
In addition to, you will get more experience by doing so.
On this second Challenge, it is like you are doing a Double Kamui
to all of the enemies even before you perform any Kamui session.
They will move very slow (including you) you will be able to spot
the [] button easily.
Other way is, wait until Yoshitsune and Benkei completed the Trial
of Light because they will be in possesion of 4 Kamui bars and
a lot faster to replenish.
But you will lose the good stuffs and fun on the early trial.
Good News : The Combo Counting on the upper-left corner will stay there FOREVER
It will not disappear, not even when your Kamui session is over.
Use this advantage to replenish your Kamui bar whenever you need it
Just avoid the fight when you are charging up your Kamui bar and
perform another Kamui when you are ready.
Whatever your performance is, the reward is already yours.
-100 Kills-
This is a battle against 100 continuously appearing enemies.
When you have defeated all 100 enemies, you will be able to return to
this normal world with treasure in hand.
You will be walking in an underwater-like dimension,
yeah with the slow-motion kind of effect.

-Tips to beat priestess without using a Kamui:
Make a circle move in front of them, they will jump high toward you.
Press [] at the right time to successfuly counterattack.
or just run away from the priestess and they will after you.

-Tips for Yoshitsune:
Kamui 4 times to defeat him
or doging his one way attack by holding down R1+X
then combo him for 6 hits Offensive Combo (see Hermitage section no.22),
repeat.
-Tips for Benkei (with Club):
*Kamui two times on him.
Prepare Hold Triangle attack.
Once he gets up the second time wait for two seconds,
release the hold attack.
He will surely down on the knees.
And you will not loose the Kills counting despite you are getting hit! :)
You can use this trick on the regular enemies too.
*Hold R1+X+Directional L3 and Hold R1+Triangle will also applicable.
Even if you do not charge the Triangle button, you are doing fine.
*Or else, after you broke his thick armor, use the charge attack
Hold R1+X+Directional L3, he will then always down when get hit by Benkei.
-Tips for Benkei (with Blade of Pointed Flame):
*Kamui once on him.
Once the thick shiled is destroyed, attack with R1+Triangle+Diretional L3 combo
with R1+Triangle+Directional L3. Nice :) That should do it.

TRUE 100 KILLS CHALLENGE
Conditions: Full Kamui bars is advisable to fasten the process.
Tips : Since there is no bonus experience at all, all you need to do is
to defeat all of the enemies and that means you do not have to
focus on the Kamui alone.
Combine with regular hack and slash should be very fine.
On this second Challenge, it is like you are doing a Double Kamui
