A. 55 - A training level, 48 normal levels and 6 bonus levels.

Q. I have returned to a previously completed level. How do I exit the level
   without completing it.
A. Press Start to pause the game, then tap Select to leave.

Q. What happens when you get 100% in every level?
A. Nothing.
