Below are the cheat codes, hints and help for Yoshi's Island - Strategy Guide (Page 12).
Run left up the steps, and jump onto the block at the top. When the spiked ball
and chain rises, drop into the gap and collect the two middle red coins. Jump
right to land on the steps, run left to the top. Jump right onto the block, and
shoot the winged cloud to create another set of steps leading up to the right.
Run up this set of steps, and run right along the path. Drop off the right side
of the path to collect the third flower, and then run through the paddles on
the left. Jump up the platforms on the left, and go through the blue doors.
- Flower 4 -
After returning to the first area, eat the Red Koopa Troopa on the left, and
run right along the path. Drop down the gap with the red arrows pointing down,
and run right down the platforms to the path at the bottom. Shoot the shell
right, and follow it as it goes through the gap on the right. The shell will
hit a winged cloud, which will create steps leading up to the right. Climb up
the steps to the top, and go through the blue doors.
After returning to the second area, jump left to collect the two red coins in
the line. Stomp the crate to receive a key, and pass through the middle ring.
Run left through the paddles, and hit the two yellow egg blocks. Collect the
two eggs, and run left along the path. Jump up the platforms on the left, and
go through the blue doors.
After returning to the first area, run up the small slope on the right, and
jump up to the platform above. Shoot an egg up at the crumbling block above the
arrow platform, and ride the arrow platform up to the gap. Jump up through the
gap to exit the first area. In the secret area, defeat the Mildes and then
collect the red coin. Go down the pipe.
After returning to the first area, jump on the arrow platform when it points
right. Ride the platform under the block to collect the four red coins, and
jump off the platform to the path at the right side of the thorns. Drop down to
the log platform, and shoot an egg down and left to collect the two red coins.
Jump up to the path on the right, and go through the door with the keyhole.
After arriving in the third area, jump to the steps on the left and run up to
the top. Jump to the second set of steps and run left to the top. Collect the
four eggs on the path at the top of the steps, and collect the red coin under
the curved path. Run right and jump onto the curved path above the steps. Run
up to the top of the path, and jump up to the next path on the right to collect
three red coins.
Jump up to the platform above, and run left. Drop down to the platform on the
left, and shoot an egg up and left to collect the three red coins. Jump back up
to the path on the right, and run along to the far right side of the path. Go
up the pipe to exit the third area. After arriving in the fourth area, shoot an
egg through the blocks on either side of the pipe to collect the fourth flower.
- Flower 5 -
Shoot an egg through the blocks at the other side of the pipe to collect the
fifth flower. Shoot an egg straight up through the blocks to make the large
spring ball fall down. Jump on the large spring ball, and bounce up to the high
platform above. Go through the red doors.
- Boss Fight 8: Hookbill the Koopa -
At the start of the area, run right along the blocks and jump up the two log
platforms. Jump left up the steps, and jump right from the top step to land on
the blocks. Jump up to the red steps, and run left up to the top. Jump to the
block on the left, and then jump to the block on the right. Jump to the log
platform, and then jump to the blocks on the right. Run right and jump through
the middle ring, and then jump over the two gaps on the right. Run right along
the blocks, and the boss fight will start.
At the start of the boss fight, stomp Hookbill's shell, and he will spit out
eggs. Collect the eggs and face toward Hookbill. Shoot four eggs at Hookbill,
and he will fall over. When he falls, quickly stomp his shell. Stomp his shell
three times to defeat Hookbill the Koopa.

1UP - Eat one of the Koopa Troopas from the group at the right side of
the first area, and jump over the gap which has the red arrows
pointing down. Run down the small log slope, and shoot an egg
through the gap to hit the winged cloud on the other side.
Flower 1 - At the right side of the first Hot Lips in the first area.
Flower 2 - At the right side of the second Hot Lips in the first area.
Flower 3 - At the right side of the paddles near the top of the second area.
Flower 4 - At the start of the fourth area, in the blocks on the left.
Flower 5 - At the start of the fourth area, in the blocks on the right.
2 Red Coins - Below the third set of Boo Guys that drop the spiked ball and
chain.
1 Red Coin - When you come to the arrow platform at the right side of the
first area, shoot an egg at the cracked block above, and ride the
platform up into the gap. In the secret room, defeat the Mildes
to reveal the red coin.
4 Red Coins - When you come to the arrow platform at the right side of the
first area, ride it over the thorns on the right to find the red
coins.
2 Red Coins - Run down the log platform near the keyhole door at the far right
side of the first area.
2 Red Coins - Near the crate at the top-right corner of the second area.
2 Red Coins - Below the spiked ball and chain near the top-left corner of the
second area.
1 Red Coin - At the bottom-left corner of the third area, where the Fishing
Lakitu appears.
3 Red Coins - At the top-left corner of the third area.
3 Red Coins - Below the platform at the top-right corner of the third area.
5 Stars - Shoot the winged cloud at the bottom-right corner of the second
area.
5 Stars - Shoot the winged cloud at the left side of the paddles near the
top-right corner of the second area.
10 Stars - Pass through the middle ring at the top-right corner of the
second area.
5 Stars - Shoot the winged cloud at the left side of the third area.
Key - Stomp the crate at the top-right corner of the second area.

- Flower 1 -
Go through the first tunnel on the right. Drop off either side of the platform,
and take the right junction at the waterfall. Go through the second tunnel on
the right. Jump up the platforms and collect the two red coins and the first
flower.
- Flower 2 -
Drop off the left side of the platform to land near the water. Jump on the
platforms above the water on the left, and use the large spring ball to bounce
up to the four red coins. Continue jumping up the white platforms, and use the
small spring balls to jump up to the large spring ball above. Jump from the
large spring ball and collect the second flower, and then go through the tunnel
on the right.
- Flower 3 -
After returning to the maze, drop down the waterfall below the platform, and
jump at the end of the slope to collect the third flower.
- Flower 4 -
Jump over to the waterfall on the left with the red arrow pointing down it, and
slide down the waterfall to the platform near the arrow door. Go down the
waterfall under the platform, and go through the tunnel with the red blocks
above. In this area, shoot the winged cloud to receive five stars, and then
bounce on the spring balls to get to the top of the area. Run right and go
through the tunnel.
After returning to the maze, push the crate right, left, right, left, and then
follow it down the right junction of the waterfall. At the bottom of the
waterfall, push the crate right, and use it to jump up the high white platforms
to the room with the flower. Bounce an egg off the wall on the left to collect
two red coins and the fourth flower.
- Flower 5 -
Go through the tunnel on the right. In this area, touch the metamorphosis
bubble on the left to transform into the mole tank. Dig up the tunnel on the
right, and go into the left and right tunnels on the way to collect two red
coins. Go left at the top of the tunnel, and hit the Yoshi block, which will
return Yoshi to normal. Shoot the winged cloud on the left to receive five
stars, and then go through the tunnel.
After returning to the maze, jump up to the platform on the left, and push the
crate off the left edge of the platform. Follow the crate down the waterfall on
the right. Push the crate down the waterfall on the left. After landing on the
platform at the bottom of the waterfall, push the crate along the platform
toward the tunnel on the right. Jump on the crate and go through the tunnel.
In this area, touch the metamorphosis bubble to transform into a helicopter,
and fly up the tunnel. Fly right shortly before the top of the tunnel to
collect the four red coins, and then continue up to the Yoshi block at the top
of the tunnel. Hit the Yoshi block to transform to Yoshi, jump over the Pirahna
Plant on the right, and then go through the tunnel.
After returning to the maze. Walk left until the Pirahna Plant and crate fall
down from the waterfall, and then follow the crate down to the arrow door. Push
the crate in front of the tunnel. Jump on top of the crate and go through the
tunnel. Run right to collect the fifth flower, and then hold down to avoid the
blocks. After passing the blocks, jump up to the platform on the right, and run
through the tunnel to the goal ring. Jump through the goal ring to complete the
level.

Flower 1 - From the start of the level:

Flower 4 - From the start of the level:
~ Go through the first tunnel on the left.
~ Take the left junction at the waterfall.

~ Take the first tunnel on the right, with the red blocks above.
~ Bounce on the spring balls, and go through the tunnel at the
top-right corner of the area.
~ Push the crate off the edges of the paths until it drops down
the right junction of the waterfall.
~ At the bottom of the waterfall, push the crate right, and use
it to jump up the high white platforms above to the room with
the flower.
~ Bounce an egg off the wall on the left to collect the flower.
Flower 5 - After collecting the fourth flower:
~ Go through the nearby tunnel.
~ Touch the metamorphosis bubble on the left.
~ As a mole tank, dig up the tunnel on the right. Go all the way
up to the top of the tunnel.
~ Go through the tunnel.
~ Push the crate off the left edge of the platform, and follow it
down the waterfall on the right.
~ Push the crate down the waterfall on the left.
~ Push the crate along the platform toward the tunnel on the
right.
~ Jump on the crate and go through the tunnel.
~ Touch the metamorphosis bubble to transform into a helicopter,
and fly up to the top of the tunnel to hit the Yoshi block.
~ Go through the nearby tunnel.
~ Walk left until the Pirahna Plant and crate fall down from the
waterfall above.
~ Follow the crate down to the door with the four arrows pointing
toward it.
~ Push the crate in front of the tunnel.
~ Jump on top of the crate and go through the tunnel.
~ Run right to collect the flower.
2 Red Coins - One red coin can be found at either side of the first flower.
4 Red Coins - From the start of the level:
~ Go through the first tunnel on the left.
~ Take the right junction at the waterfall.
~ Go through the second tunnel on the right.
~ Jump on the platforms above the water on the left, and use the
large spring ball to bounce up to the red coins.
4 Red Coins - From the start of the level:
~ Go through the first tunnel on the left.
~ Take the left junction at the waterfall.
~ Go down the next waterfall.
~ Take the first tunnel on the right, with the red blocks above.
~ Bounce on the spring balls, and go through the tunnel at the
top-right corner of the area.
~ Jump over the gap, and then jump over to the right side of the
waterfall that flows left.
~ Drop down off the edge of the path to find the coins.
2 Red Coins - At the left side of the fourth flower.
2 Red Coins - After collecting the fourth flower:
~ Go through the nearby tunnel.
~ Touch the metamorphosis bubble on the left.
~ As a mole tank, dig up the tunnel on the right. On the way up
the main tunnel, there is one tunnel on the left and one tunnel
on the right. Each tunnel has a red coin in it.
4 Red Coins - After collecting the fourth flower:
~ Go through the nearby tunnel.
~ Touch the metamorphosis bubble on the left.
~ As a mole tank, dig up the tunnel on the right. Go all the way
up to the top of the tunnel.
~ Go through the tunnel.
~ Push the crate off the left edge of the platform, and follow it
down the waterfall on the right.
~ Push the crate down the waterfall on the left.
~ Push the crate along the platform toward the tunnel on the
right.
~ Jump on the crate and go through the tunnel.
~ Touch the metamorphosis bubble to transform into a helicopter,
and fly up the tunnel.
~ The red coins are in the first gap on the right.
2 Red Coins - After collecting the fourth flower:
~ Go through the nearby tunnel.
~ Touch the metamorphosis bubble on the left.
~ As a mole tank, dig up the tunnel on the right. Go all the way
up to the top of the tunnel.
~ Go through the tunnel.
~ Push the crate off the left edge of the platform, and follow it
down the waterfall on the right.
~ Push the crate down the waterfall on the left.
~ Push the crate along the platform toward the tunnel on the
right.
~ Jump on the crate and go through the tunnel.
~ Touch the metamorphosis bubble to transform into a helicopter,
and fly up to the top of the tunnel to hit the Yoshi block.
~ Go through the nearby tunnel.
~ Hit the two flashing egg blocks, and Yoshi will carry two
flashing eggs.
~ Hit any enemy with a flashing egg to receive one red coin for
each egg.
5 Stars - From the start of the level:
~ Go through the first tunnel on the left.
~ Take the left junction at the waterfall.
~ Go down the next waterfall.
~ Take the first tunnel on the right, with the red blocks above.
~ Shoot the winged cloud.
5 Stars - After collecting the fourth flower:
~ Go through the nearby tunnel.
~ Touch the metamorphosis bubble on the left.
~ As a mole tank, dig up the tunnel on the right. Go all the way
up to the top of the tunnel, and shoot the winged cloud after
hitting the Yoshi block.

- Walkthrough -

- Flower 1 -
Run right along the path from the start point of the level, and hit the egg
block to refill the egg supply. Continue right, and Thunder Lakitu will soon
appear. Quickly jump up and eat his cloud before he throws the flame, and jump
up to the post on the right. Stomp the post twice, and run through the tunnel
to the other side. Hit the expansion block, and jump up to the top of it. Eat
the cloud of Thunder Lakitu if he gets too near, and then jump up to the path
on the left. Run left along the path to collect the first flower.
- Flower 2 -
Run right and drop off the end of the path to land on the path below. Run right
over the two small slopes, and jump up to eat the Fly Guy holding the red coin
at the top of the second slope. Collect the red coin, and run right under the
two expansion blocks to find a Mace Guy. Quickly jump over the top of the Mace
Guy before he starts swinging the mace, and continue right to the second Mace
Guy near some yellow platforms. Eat the Mace Guy, and then jump up to the
highest platform.
Jump right from the highest platform to land on the grass path. Eat the two Shy
Guys on the right, and then drop off the right side of the path to land on a
platform above a gap. Drop off the right side of the platform, and hover down
to the lowest platform on the left. Drop off the right side of the platform,
and hover left to the grass path. Run left and stomp the crate to collect a
key, then run back to the right and jump up to the top platform.
Jump right from the top platform to land on the grass path, and run under the
egg block on the right. Jump up to the second platform above, and stay at the
right side of the platform to see two Wild Ptooie Pirahnas above. Run to the
left side of the platform, and eat the Needlenoses that drop down onto the
platforms above. When Yoshi has six eggs, face right and shoot three eggs up
and right to defeat the first Wild Ptooie Pirahna.
After the second Wild Ptooie Pirahna has shot a Needlenose, quickly jump up to
the platform above, and then jump up to the grass path on the right. Shoot
three eggs down and right to defeat the second Wild Ptooie Pirahna, and then
drop down to the platform on the left. Run left to collect the red coin at the
left side of the platform, and then jump back up to the path on the right. Jump
up to the platform on the right, and jump up the two clouds on the left.
From the second cloud, jump to the platform on the right, and then jump up to
the grass path. Shoot the winged cloud up on the right to receive five stars,
and then run right along the path to find a gap. Jump over the first gap, and
wait at the left side of the path. A second Chomp Rock up on the right will
roll into the first Chomp Rock. Jump over the first Chomp Rock as it rolls
toward you, and then jump over the second gap to collect the red coin and land
on a steep path.
Walk up to the top of the path, and ignore the first Chomp Rock that rolls left
into the gap. Jump over the second Chomp Rock that rolls down onto the path,
and then jump over the third gap to collect a red coin. Run right up the slope
in the path, and jump the fourth gap at the top. Jump into the tunnel on the
right, and ignore the Chomp Rock that drops down from the tunnel above. Jump up
to the ledge on the left, jump to the ledge on the right, and then jump up to
the grass path on the right. Eat the Shy Guy, run to the right side of the
grass path, and shoot an egg up and right to collect the second flower.
- Flower 3 -
Run back to the left side of the grass path, and jump over to the highest ledge
on the left. Jump up to the high ledge on the right, and jump up the steps on
the right to the grass path at the top. Run up the slope in the grass path, and
then jump over to the grass path on the left. Run down the slope in the path,
and jump left to the platform with the hut. Press up next to the hut to enter
it and play a bonus game.
After exiting the hut, jump over to the cloud on the left, and then jump up to
the high cloud on the right. Jump from the top cloud and go up the pipe above.
After arriving in the secret area, run right to collect four eggs, and then
shoot the winged cloud up on the right to reveal a metamorphosis bubble. Touch
the bubble to transform into a helicopter, and then fly around the area to
collect the five red coins. Exit the secret area. After returning to the first
area, jump over to the grass path on the right, and enter the tunnel. Run to
the end of the tunnel and go through the blue doors.
After arriving in the second area, eat the blue watermelon, and walk onto the
ice on the right. Shoot ice at the Lantern Ghost, and then shoot the winged
cloud above the platform after the first ice section to receive five stars. Run
across the second ice section and shoot ice at the Lantern Ghost. Eat the next
Lantern Ghost up on the first step, and then jump up to the top of the steps on
the right. Eat the two Lantern Ghost, and then run across the ice to the pipe
at the other side.
Jump on top of the pipe, and then jump over to the step on the left. Eat the
blue watermelon above the first step, and then bounce up the next two steps to
the platform at the top. Jump over to the step on the right, and jump right to
the top step. Walk to the far right side of the step, and a Bumpty will slide
across the ledge on the right and drop down the gap. Jump over the gap to land
on the ledge, and then shoot the winged cloud above the left side of the ledge
to create steps leading up to the left. Run up to the top of the steps and jump
through the middle ring.
Jump right from the top of the steps to collect the middle red coin in the set
of three coins, and then drop down to the ledge at the bottom of the steps.
Jump up the two big steps on the right, and shoot ice at the Bumpty that slides
toward you at the top. Continue right, and jump up to collect the middle red
coin above the first ice section. Run to the right side of the ice, and shoot
ice at the Bumpty. Shoot an egg up at the spike above the gap on the right, and
then jump over the gap.
On the other side of the gap, quickly run right down the slope and under the
spikes. Jump up the two steps at the other side of the ice, and shoot an egg at
the spike above the gap. Jump over the gap, and drop down the two steps on the
other side. Jump over the next gap and eat the Bumpty on the small platform.
Jump up and eat the blue watermelon, and then drop down off the right side of
the platform to land near the final section of ice in the area.
Walk slowly across the ice, shooting ice at the Bumptys along the way. Jump up
to collect the red coin at the right side of the first set of seven coins.
Shoot an egg at the first winged cloud, and jump up to collect the third
flower. Continue walking slowly across the ice, and shoot the second winged
cloud to receive five stars. Run to the platform at the far right side of the
ice, and go up the pipe.
- Flower 4 -
After arriving in the third area, jump up to the path on the right, and run
right to find two Bumptys. Eat the first Bumpty, and shoot it right to defeat
the second Bumpty. Shoot an egg up at the Fly Guy that appears holding the red
coin above the winged cloud, and collect the red coin. Shoot an egg at the
winged cloud to receive five stars, and then continue right along the path.
Shoot an egg at the Fly Guy that appears at the left side of the fourth flower,
and collect the red coin that is dropped. Jump on top of the post on the right,
and then jump left to collect the fourth flower.
- Flower 5 -
Jump back to the post on the right, and stomp it twice for a red coin. Eat the
Needlenose that the Cactus Jack is holding on the right, and then shoot three
eggs up and right to defeat the Wild Ptooie Pirahna on the ledge. Jump over the
Cactus Jack, and jump up the two steps on the right. When the Thunder Lakitu
appears, eat his cloud, and then jump over the second Cactus Jack to the path
on the other side. Shoot an egg at the Fly Guy that appears above the platform
on the right, and then jump up to the platform to collect the red coin.
Shoot an egg at the winged cloud on the left to receive five stars, and then
jump over to the next platform on the right. Eat the cloud of the Thunder
Lakitu when he gets near, and then shoot an egg at the winged cloud on the
right to receive five stars. Hover right from the platform to collect the fifth
flower, and land on the next platform. Face left, and wait for Thunder Lakitu
to fly down. When he does, jump on him and land on his cloud. Float up, and
jump to the cloud under the pipe. Go up the pipe.
After arriving in the secret area, drop down to the big cloud on the right and
eat the green shell. Jump back up to the pipe on the left, and shoot an egg
into the first tulip on the right to receive eight stars. Jump to the small
cloud in the middle of the area, and eat the red shell. When the right tulip
opens, jump up and shoot the red shell into the tulip for eight more stars.
Drop off the right side of the small cloud to collect the red coin, and then
jump up to the pipe at the left side of the area. Go down the pipe.
After returning to the third area, drop down off the right side of the cloud
and shoot an egg up and right to hit the Fly Guy holding the red coin. Run
right down the slope to collect the red coin, and eat the Bumpty that slides
left. Continue right along the path, and jump over the Dizzy Dandy that rolls
left. Run to the top of the small slope after the Dizzy Dandy, and shoot the
Bumpty right to defeat the Pirahna Plant. Run down to the bottom of the small
slope, and use the small spring ball to bounce up to the fluff above. Jump on
the red switch that drops down to reveal the red blocks on the right.
Run right and jump over the first gap. Drop into the second gap to collect the
red coin, and then jump back up to the path on the left. Jump right over the
second gap, and drop into the third gap to collect the red coin. Jump up to the
path on the right, and jump over the fourth gap. Jump over the next gap to land
near the red arrow, and then run down the slope on the right. At the bottom of
the slope, jump through the goal ring to complete the level.

Flower 1 - This flower is visible up on a grass path near the start of the
level. Use the expansion block to get up to the path.
Flower 2 - At the end of the Chomp Rock section in the first area, you can
either take the path up or right. Go right, and jump from the top
of the grass path to find the flower.
Flower 3 - Near the end of the second area, there are seven coins above an
ice section. Shoot the winged cloud above the right coin.
Flower 4 - Shortly before the first Cactus Jack in the third area.
Flower 5 - In the third area, this flower can be found shortly after the
second Cactus Jack.
1 Red Coin - A Fly Guy holds this red coin near the start of the level.
1 Red Coin - In the first area, there are three coins at the left side of the
first Wild Ptooie Pirahna. The left coin in the line is the red
coin.
2 Red Coins - In the first area, there is one red coin above each of the gaps
in the Chomp Rock section.
5 Red Coins - Near the end of the first area, don't run right to the blue
doors. Instead, jump over to the path on the left, and jump to
the platform with the hut. Jump up the cloud platforms on the
left, and go up the pipe to enter a secret area. Shoot the winged
cloud to reveal the metamorphosis bubble, and transform into a
helicopter to find the five red coins.
1 Red Coin - There are three coins at the right side of the middle ring in the
second area. The middle coin in the line is the red coin.
1 Red Coin - There are five coins below the spikes in the second area. Collect
the middle coin.
1 Red Coin - Near the end of the second area, there are seven coins above an
ice section. The right coin in the line is a red coin.
2 Red Coins - Two Fly Guys holding red coins appear near the start of the third
area.
1 Red Coin - In the third area, stomp the post twice at the left side of the
first Cactus Jack.
1 Red Coin - In the third area, a Fly Guy appears on a platform shortly after
the second Cactus Jack.
1 Red Coin - In the third area, wait for the Thunder Lakitu to appear near the
fifth flower. Jump on Thunder Lakitu when he appears, and ride
his cloud up to the platform. Jump on the platform, and go up the
pipe to arrive in a secret area with the red coin.
1 Red Coin - A Fly Guy holds this red coin, and can be found shortly after the
fifth flower.
2 Red Coins - Near the end of the third area, a red coin can be found in the
second and third gaps.
5 Stars - After jumping up the two clouds shortly after the two Wild Ptooie
Pirahnas, shoot the winged cloud over on the right.
5 Stars - Shoot the winged cloud above the ice near the start of the second
area.
10 Stars - Shoot the winged cloud near the outline steps in the second area,
and run up the steps to find the middle ring. Pass through the
middle ring for the stars.
5 Stars - Shoot the final winged cloud in the second area, just before the
pipe.
5 Stars - Shoot the winged cloud above the Bumptys near the start of the
third area.
5 Stars - In the third area, shoot the winged cloud shortly after the
second Cactus Jack.
5 Stars - In the third area, shoot the winged cloud at the left side of the
fifth flower.
16 Stars - In the third area, wait for the Thunder Lakitu to appear near the
fifth flower. Jump on Thunder Lakitu when he appears, and ride
his cloud up to the platform. Jump on the platform, and go up the
pipe to arrive in a secret area with two tulips. Shoot a shell or
egg into the tulips for the stars.
Key - In the first area, drop down the gap in the path shortly before
the Wild Ptooie Pirahnas, and hover down to the grass path on the
left. Stomp the crate for the key.
Red Switch - In the third area, wait for the Thunder Lakitu to appear near the
fifth flower. Jump on Thunder Lakitu when he appears, and ride
his cloud up and right. Keep moving right to come to a grey fluff
platform with the red switch.

- Flower 1 -
Run right up the first slope at the start of the level, and jump over the
snowball that rolls left down the second slope. Push the snowball left to the
red arrow at the start of the level to reveal a winged cloud. Shoot the winged
cloud and touch the bubble to receive a 1UP, and then push the snowball right
along the path. On the small slope with the Tap-Tap, jump on top of the
snowball, and then jump up to collect the four red coins above. Drop down to
the path below, and continue pushing the snowball right.
When the snowball hits the wall at the right side of the area, jump on top of
the snowball, and then jump up to the ledge on the right to collect two red
coins. Jump up to the next ledge, and run down the small slope. Jump up to the
ledge on the right, and drop down to the platform. Drop off the right side of
the platform and pass through the middle ring, and then jump up the platforms
above to exit the first area. After arriving in the second area, hover jump up
to collect the second flower.
- Flower 2 -
At the start of the second area, jump up to the path on the right and eat the
Bumpty. Jump left to reveal a winged cloud near the wall, and then spit the
Bumpty at the winged cloud to reveal a red switch. Jump on the red switch, and
then quickly run up the slope on the right. Drop down both steps, and then jump
over to the red blocks under the first ski lift. Run right and shoot the winged
cloud above the first section of the ski lift to receive five stars, and then
continue right along the first red block platform.
Eat the Bumpty above the platform, and then jump right from the end of the
platform to land on the cloud. Shoot the Bumpty up to collect the red coin
above the post, and then jump to the second red block platform on the right.
Shoot an egg up at the Fly Guy that appears holding the 1UP above the right
side of the winged cloud, and then shoot an egg up at the winged cloud to
reveal the flower. Jump up to collect the second flower, and then jump over to
the cloud on the right.
- Flower 3 -
Shoot an egg up to collect the red coin above the post, and then collect eggs
from the egg plant. Hover jump over the gap on the right and land on the snow
path under the red switch. Jump up to hit the fluff, and then jump on the red
switch to reveal the red blocks. Run right and jump to the red block platform.
Shoot the winged cloud and collect the three stars, and then jump over the
first cloud to land on the next red block platform.
Shoot the winged cloud for a 1UP, and then drop off the right side of the
platform to land on the cloud. When the red blocks disappear, shoot an egg left
to collect the two red coins in the line of six coins. Jump up and eat Lakitu's
cloud, and then hover jump right. Eat the Bumpty and land on the ski lift
platform, and then hover jump down to the platform on the right. Jump to the
snow path up on the right, and pass through the middle ring. Continue right
along the path to exit the second area.
After arriving in the third area, jump to the red steps on the right, and then
jump up to the snow path at the top of the steps. Run down to the bottom of the
slope on the right, and jump up to collect the top two red coins in the set of
four coins. Jump over the Doctor Freezegood as he slides toward you, and run up
and the next slope. Run down to the bottom of the next slope, and jump over the
gap to collect the two red coins and the third flower.
- Flower 4 -
On the other side of the gap, run up the slope on the right and drop down to
the platform near the first ski lift. When the ski lift platform moves near,
jump onto the platform to collect the two red coins. Hit the expansion block at
the right side of the ski lift, and then jump left to land on top of the block.
Hover jump right to land on the snow path near the red arrow. Run right under
the second ski lift to pass through the middle ring, and then jump left to land
on the ski lift platform.
Ride the ski lift platform along the track, and eat the Fly Guy holding the 1UP
that appears at the start of the steep downward slope. Eat the other Fly Guy at
the bottom of the steep slope, and then quickly jump to avoid the Doctor
Freezegood on the platform. Land back on the platform, and jump up to collect
the two red coins above the track. Ride to the end of the second ski lift to
collect the fourth flower.
