Below are the cheat codes, hints and help for Yoshi's Island - Strategy Guide (Page 11).
- Flower 1 -
Go right at the start of the level, and run up the slope to find a Chomp Rock
after a message block. Push the Chomp Rock right until it drops off the ledge
and hits the Red Koopa Troopa, and then jump over to the other side of the rock
and push it left. When the Chomp Rock starts rolling down the slope toward the
two Tap-Taps, jump left to collect the first flower above the yellow platform.
- Flower 2 -
Drop down from the yellow platform and push Chomp Rock right along the path to
defeat the four Tap-Taps. Continue pushing the Chomp Rock right to defeat a Shy
Guy and a Red Koopa Troopa. When the Chomp Rock falls onto the yellow platform
after the four logs, stand on top of the Chomp Rock and shoot an egg up at the
winged cloud above to receive three stars. Eat the three Shy Guys on the path
on the right, and then continue right to find a red arrow pointing left.
Drop down the gap at the left side of the red arrow to land on a large spring
ball. Jump over the yellow fluff and eat the green shell nearby. Walk left
until the yellow fluff is just visible on the right, and then face right. Shoot
the green shell right so that it hits the bottom of the yellow fluff, and then
eat the shell when it returns. Shoot the shell again, and follow it left as it
hits the six Koopa Troopas to collect a 1UP.
Collect the two red coins at the right side of the Tap-Tap, and then run back
to the entrance of the cave. Jump on the large spring ball, and bounce up to
the high path on the left. Continue left along the path to return to the Chomp
Rock at the right side of the four logs. Stomp the two right logs once, and the
two left logs twice. Jump on top of the left side of the Chomp Rock, and roll
it over the logs to the slope on the other side.
After the Chomp Rock lands on the slope, jump over to the right side, and
follow the Chomp Rock as it rolls left. When the Chomp Rock lands between the
posts at the bottom of the slope, jump up to the post on the right and stomp it
four times. Shoot the winged cloud on the right to create a bridge over the
gap, and then jump on top of the right side of the Chomp Rock to roll it over
the bridge.
After dropping off the end of the bridge, jump up to collect the red coin in
the middle of the first set of three coins, and then push Chomp Rock to the
right. Stop Chomp Rock shortly before the short tunnel with the yellow fluff.
Jump on top of Chomp Rock, and then jump up to the path above the tunnel to
collect the second flower.
- Flower 3 -
Drop off the left side of the path, and push Chomp Rock slowly to the yellow
fluff on the right. Chomp Rock should land on the left side of the fluff, and
fall down to the path below. Jump over the gap, and run right to find a Shy Guy
pipe. Stand on the red bridge at the left side of the pipe, and eat the Shy
Guys until Yoshi has six eggs. Run back to the left and drop down the gap to
land at the left side of the Chomp Rock. Push Chomp Rock right along the tunnel
and over the bridge with the two Red Koopa Paratroopas.
After exiting the tunnel, push Chomp Rock quickly along the red path with the
yellow fluff above, and stop before the middle ring. Run back to the left, and
eat the Fly Guy holding the red coin. Collect the red coin, and then jump
through the middle ring on the right. Push Chomp Rock down the slope on the
right to defeat the four Koopa Troopas, and shoot the winged cloud above the
red arrow at the top of the next small slope to receive five stars.
Continue right to find Chomp Rock at the left side of a post. Eat the Red Koopa
Paratroopa above, and shoot the shell down at the Green Koopa Paratroopa on the
right. Stomp the post twice, and then push Chomp Rock down the two steps to the
steep slope leading down to the left. Jump over to the right side of Chomp
Rock, and follow it down the slope to avoid two Shy Guys.
When it lands on the next slope, jump over to the left side, and push Chomp
Rock right along the path. After passing the red arrow, jump over to the right
side of Chomp Rock and hold left to slow it down. Stop Chomp Rock under the
gap, and then jump on top of Chomp Rock. Jump up to the ledge on the left, and
then jump to the path on the right. Run right to collect three red coins, and
drop off the right side of the path to collect the third flower.
- Flower 4 -
After landing on the path below the paddles, run left and jump over to the left
side of Chomp Rock. Push Chomp Rock right along the path until it bumps into
the post near the red switch. Jump on top of the post and stomp it twice.
Continue right to the outline blocks to find three more posts. Stomp the first
post once, the second post twice, and the third post once.
Hover jump back to the left, and then jump up to the platform with the red
switch. Jump on the red switch, and then quickly jump over to the left side of
Chomp Rock. Push Chomp Rock right over the red switch, and collect the two red
coins at the right side of the coin trail. Jump on Chomp Rock, and jump up to
the yellow platform above. Jump up to the next yellow platform, and go through
the blue doors.
After arriving in the second area, stomp to defeat the Eggo-Dil up on the
right, and then push Chomp Rock right to the yellow fluff. About half-way down
the left side of the fluff, the Chomp Rock will reveal a winged cloud. Stomp
down through the right side of the fluff, and shoot an egg at the winged cloud
to reveal the flower. Collect the fourth flower, and then push Chomp Rock
through the paddles on the right.
- Flower 5 -
Push Chomp Rock over to the right side of the blue doors, and then jump on top
of Chomp Rock. Jump up to collect the red coin on the platform above, and then
drop down to the left side of Chomp Rock. Push Chomp Rock right along the path,
and jump up to collect the red coins in the middle of the first and third set
of three coins.
After passing the Shy Guy pipe on the platform, push Chomp Rock up the steep
slope and jump at the top to collect the two red coins. Push Chomp Rock down
the other side of the slope, and continue right to the wall. Push Chomp Rock
near the wall, and then jump on top of Chomp Rock. Jump up to the gap on the
right, and drop down to the red bridge on the other side.
Walk onto the large jelly block on the right, and stomp it until it spreads out
along the spikes. Run right off the edge of the block and shoot an egg at the
winged cloud on the right to collect a 1UP. Run back to the left, and push the
jelly block. Jump onto the block and run left to collect five red coins. Run
right, and go down the pipe to enter a secret area.
In the secret area, go right to collect the four eggs, and then shoot an egg up
at the piece of yellow fluff to make the small spring ball drop down. Shoot an
egg at the Green Glove on the right, and wait for him to start aiming the egg.
Just before he throws the egg, jump on the spring ball and bounce up and right.
The Green Glove will throw an egg which should hit the fifth flower. Go up the
pipe.
After returning to the second area, run right up the small slope, and eat the
Green Koopa Paratroopa flying above the platform. Jump up to the platform, and
then jump up to the red platform on the right. Face right, and shoot the shell
at the two Green Koopa Paratroopas down on the right. Drop off the right side
of the platform, and continue right to the goal ring. Jump through the goal
ring to complete the level.

1UP - In the second area, push Chomp Rock right all the way to the wall
near the outline steps. Jump on Chomp Rock, and jump up through
the gap on the right. Walk onto the large jelly block on the
right, and stomp it until it spreads out along the spikes. Shoot
the winged block on the right for the 1UP.
Flower 1 - Push the first Chomp Rock into the tunnel with the Tap-Taps, and
jump up to the platform on the left to find the flower.
Flower 2 - After pushing the Chomp Rock down to the bottom of the second
slope, stomp the post and run right to find this flower on a path
above the yellow fluff.
Flower 3 - After pushing the Chomp Rock down to the bottom of the second
slope, stomp the post and shoot the winged cloud on the right to
reveal a bridge across the gap. Continue rolling Chomp Rock all
the way to the gap before the red switch near the end of the
first area. Jump on Chomp Rock and use it to jump up into the
gap. Run right through the gap to collect the third flower.
Flower 4 - Push Chomp Rock across the red block platform revealed by the red
switch, and jump up the platform at the other side. Go through
the blue doors, and push Chomp Rock through the yellow fluff on
the right to reveal a winged cloud. Shoot the winged cloud for
the flower.
Flower 5 - In the second area, push Chomp Rock right all the way to the wall
near the outline steps. Jump on Chomp Rock, and jump up through
the gap on the right. Walk onto the large jelly block on the
right, and stomp it until it spreads out along the spikes. Run
right off the edge of the block and face left. Push the block
left and go down the pipe to arrive in an area with the flower.
2 Red Coins - After pushing the Chomp Rock down to the bottom of the first
slope, continue past the Chomp Rock and go down the gap at the
left side of the red arrow. Run left to find the two red coins.
1 Red Coin - After pushing the Chomp Rock down to the bottom of the second
slope, stomp the post and run right to find this red coin in the
first set of three coins.
1 Red Coin - After pushing the Chomp Rock down to the bottom of the second
slope, stomp the post and run right to find some yellow fluff.
Stomp the fluff to collect the red coin below.
1 Red Coin - Shortly before the middle ring in the first area, a Fly Guy
holding the red coin is floating over the yellow fluff.
3 Red Coins - At the left side of the third flower.
2 Red Coins - At the end of the red switch bridge near the end of the first
area.
3 Red Coins - The first, fifth and eleventh coins at the start of the second
area.
2 Red Coins - In the second area, there are six coins in a line at the top of
the slope after the Shy Guy pipe. The middle two coins are the
red coins.
5 Red Coins - In the second area, push Chomp Rock right all the way to the wall
near the outline steps. Jump on Chomp Rock, and jump up through
the gap on the right. Walk onto the large jelly block on the
right, and stomp it until it spreads out along the spikes. Shoot
an egg left to collect the coins.
3 Stars - Shoot the winged cloud above the Chomp Rock at the end of the
first slope.
10 Stars - Pass through the middle ring about half-way through the first
area.
5 Stars - When Chomp Rock comes to a stop at the end of the first slope,
stomp the post on the left and roll Chomp Rock down to the path
below. Push Chomp Rock right to reveal a hidden winged cloud.
5 Stars - Shoot the winged cloud shortly after the middle ring in the first
area.

- Walkthrough -

- Flower 1 -
Run right at the start of the level, and eat the Green Koopa Paratroopa flying
above the steps. Run down the three sets of steps, and stand near the bottom of
the third set. Wait for the Flopsy Fish to hit into Yoshi, and then drop into
the water and swim left. Swim under the steps and jump up near the wall. When
Yoshi lands in the water, hold left to swim under the wall. Jump up to the path
on the left, and run left to exit the first area.
In the secret area, drop off the left side of the platform and eat the green
shell. Wait for the tulip to open, and then jump up and shoot the shell into
the tulip for eight stars. Collect the stars, jump up to the platform on the
right, and run right to exit the secret area.
After returning to the first area, run along the tunnel and jump up to the
curved path on the right. Jump up to collect the red coin at the right side of
the set of three coins. Drop down to the path on the left, and then drop down
to the water on the right. Swim right, jump near the wall, and hold right to
swim under the wall. Jump up to the yellow platform at the right side of the
steps, and then jump up to the red path on the right.
Run right along the path and eat the Red Koopa Paratroopa flying near the
coins. Shoot the shell right, and follow it as it defeats two Red Koopa Troopas
and a Shy Guy. Wait near the Shy Guy pipe, and eat Shy Guys until Yoshi has six
eggs. Stand on top of the pipe, and shoot an egg at the winged cloud on the
right to collect a red coin and create a bridge.
Cross over the bridge, and stand on top of the next pipe. When the Fly Guy
floats left, shoot an egg at the winged cloud to create a second bridge. Jump
up to collect the red coin in the middle of the set of three coins, and then
jump up and eat the Fly Guy to collect another red coin. Run right along the
bridge and drop into the water at the end. Swim right under the wall, and then
jump up to hit the yellow fluff on the other side. Jump up through the gap in
the yellow fluff to collect the first flower.
- Flower 2 -
Drop down through the gap in the yellow fluff to land in the water, and swim
right. Jump and swim under the next wall at the right side of the yellow fluff,
and eat the Flopsy Fish on the other side. Swim right and jump up to the small
platform when the Red Koopa Paratroopa flies to the right. Eat the Red Koopa
Paratroopa, and shoot the shell over at the next Red Koopa Paratroopa on the
right.
Jump right to the second platform, and walk to the far right side. When the Red
Koopa Paratroopa flies low, hover jump right and land on the Red Koopa Troopa
on the third platform. Eat the Red Koopa Paratroopa at the right side of the
third platform, and jump down to the small spring ball on the right. Bounce
right to the second spring ball, and bounce up to collect two red coins. Jump
right to the third spring ball, and bounce up to collect the second flower.
- Flower 3 -
Ignore the winged cloud up on the right, and bounce right to the fourth spring
ball. Shoot an egg at the winged cloud on the right to create a bridge leading
back to the left. Shoot an egg at the Fly Guy above, and collect the red coin
that is dropped. Shoot an egg at the winged cloud on the left to receive five
stars, and then drop down to the bridge on the right.
Jump up to the path at the end of the bridge, and jump right from the platform
to land on the red path. Eat the Red Koopa Troopa, and shoot the shell right to
destroy the yellow fluff. When the red shell has gone, drop down through the
gaps in the platforms, and push the crate to the right side of the log
platform. Stomp the crate and collect the key.
Run back to the left, and jump up the two log platforms. Jump up to the red
path on the left, and drop off the left side of the path to land in the water.
Face left, and eat both Flopsy Fish. Jump out of the left side of the water to
land on a platform, and jump up to collect the two red coins in the line of
five coins.
Jump on the large spring ball and bounce up to the platform high above. Run
right and press up next to the hut to enter it and play a bonus game. After
exiting the hut, drop off the left side of the log platform and hover right to
land on the red path. Run along the tunnel and go through the blue doors.
After arriving in the second area, run right and drop down to the second
platform. Run left to drop down to the yellow platform with the three coins
below, and then run right to drop down to the lower yellow platform. Face left,
and jump off the left side of the platform to collect the middle red coin in
the set of three coins. Jump back onto the platform, and run over to the right
side of the path.
Jump up to the ledge on the left, and pass through the middle ring. Drop down
to the lower yellow platform on the right, and drop into the water. Jump to
collect the two red coins near the Needlenose Plant, and then continue right
under the long yellow platform to find a second Needlenose Plant. Jump over the
top of the Needlenose Plant to collect the third flower. Jump onto the yellow
platform at the right side of the egg plant, and run right. Go through the blue
doors. Run right and go through the next doors.
- Flower 4 -
After arriving in the third area, drop off the step and run right along the
yellow platform to find a Claw Daddy. Wait for the Claw Daddy to move to the
right side of the platform, and then jump up to the next yellow platform. Eat
the two Woozy Guys, and run to the far right side of the platform. Shoot three
eggs to defeat the Claw Daddy below, and then drop down to the yellow platform
on the right. Run left to collect the fourth flower.
- Flower 5 -
Run right along the yellow platform and stop near the end. Eat the two Woozy
Guys bouncing down the steps, and then jump from the platform to the top of the
steps. Jump to the platform above, and jump over to the platform on the right
to land near the egg plant. Stand near the egg plant until Yoshi has six eggs,
and then drop down into the water on the right. Swim close to the wall on the
right, jump, and swim under the wall. Continue right to exit the third area.
After arriving in the fourth area, run right along the path and eat the first
vertically moving platform. Run back to the left, and jump up to the platform
with the egg plant on it. Face right, and spit out the platform. Jump on the
vertically moving platform, and ride it up to the coins at the top-left corner
of the area. Collect the top-left red coin, and then hover right to the path at
the left side of the spikes.
Hover right and collect the third coin in the line before landing on the
platform in the middle of the spikes. Jump left and collect the seventh coin in
the line, and then hover down to the platform at the right side of the spikes.
Hover jump right over to the platform on the other side of the spikes. Jump
over the next spikes to land near an egg plant at the top-right corner of the
area. Jump up to collect the red coin at the right side of the set of coins,
and then hover left to the path at the left side of the spikes.
Drop off the left side of the path, and hover right to land on the path below.
Run right along the path to find two sets of twelve coins. Jump up to collect
the red coin between the two sets of coins, and then run back to the left side
of the path. Jump on the vertically moving platform, and ride it up to the top.
Jump left over the spikes, and hover down to the path on the left. Run left
along the path and go through the tunnel to exit the fourth area.
After returning to the third area, jump into the water and swim under the wall.
Jump up to the platform on the left, and then jump up to the yellow platform
above. Go to the far right side of the platform, and jump up to the next yellow
platform. Jump up the two steps on the left, and shoot three eggs up to defeat
the Claw Daddy on the platform above. Jump up to the platform and shoot an egg
to the top-left corner of the fluff to receive five stars. Shoot an egg up and
right through the fluff, and jump up through the gaps. Go through the blue
doors.
After arriving in the fifth area, run down the slope and drop down to the path.
Run down the slope on the left, and jump over the platform with the two Koopa
Troopas on it. After landing on the second platform, drop down to the platform
on the right and hit the Koopa Troopa. Hit the shell off the platform, and then
shoot an egg right to collect the middle red coin in the set of three coins.
Jump back up to the top yellow platform, and run up the slope on the right.
Eat the Green Koopa Paratroopa on the right, and shoot the green shell down the
slope on the right to defeat two of the Woozy Guys. Eat the remaining Woozy
Guy, and shoot an egg up at the Fly Guy holding the red coin. Collect the red
coin, and then run down the slope on the right. Jump to the log platform at the
bottom of the slope, and shoot an egg at the first winged cloud on the right to
create a bridge.
Shoot an egg at the second winged cloud for five stars, and shoot an egg at the
third winged cloud to create a long bridge leading back to the left. Drop down
to the bridge, and run left. Shoot the Fly Guy above the left side of the
bridge and collect the red coin that is dropped. Jump into the gap on the left
and collect the fifth flower.
Drop back down to the bridge, and run right. Go down the steps at the end of
the bridge, and jump over the Shy Guy on Stilts to land on the path. Jump over
the water and land on the next path. Defeat the Shy Guy on Stilts near the
start of the path, and face right. Wait for the Wild Ptooie Pirahna to stop
shooting the Needlenoses, and then quickly run to the middle of the path and
shoot three eggs to defeat the Wild Ptooie Pirahna.
Continue right along the path, jumping over the various Shy Guys on Stilts
along the way. At the right side of the red path, a Shy Guy on Stilts will be
walking in a tunnel on the right. When the Shy Guy on Stilts starts walking to
the right, jump into the tunnel and follow him to the right. Near the right
side of the tunnel, push the Shy Guy on Stilts out of the tunnel. Jump over to
the platform on the right, and when the Red Koopa Paratroopa flies down, hover
right to the path near the Wild Ptooie Pirahna.
At the left side of the path, the Needlenoses won't reach Yoshi. Eat the Green
Koopa Troopa floating above the path, and shoot the shell left. Face right, and
eat the Needlenoses until Yoshi has six eggs. After the Wild Ptooie Pirahna has
shot three Needlenoses, quickly run to the top of the path and shoot three eggs
right to defeat the final Wild Ptooie Pirhana in the area. Jump over to the
ledge on the right, and run down the steps. Continue right over the bridge, and
jump through the goal ring to complete the level.

Flower 5 - When you come to the three winged clouds near the start of the
fifth area, shoot the left and right winged clouds to create a
bridge leading back to the left. Run left along the bridge to
find the flower.
1 Red Coin - Go down the steps to the water at the start of the level, and
swim under the steps on the left. Jump up to the path on the
right to land under three coins. The right coin in the line is a
red coin.
1 Red Coin - Near the start of the level, above the first outline bridge
shortly after the Shy Guy pipe.
1 Red Coin - Above the second outline bridge shortly after the Shy Guy pipe.
1 Red Coin - A Fly Guy is holding this red coin above the second outline
bridge shortly after the Shy Guy pipe.
2 Red Coins - Above the second small spring ball near the end of the first
area.
1 Red Coin - A Fly Guy is holding this red coin above the fourth small spring
ball near the end of the first area.
2 Red Coins - Near the end of the first area, drop down to the platform at the
right side of the fourth small spring ball. Run right to find the
red coins.
1 Red Coin - There are three coins near the start of the second area. The
middle coin in the line is a red coin.
2 Red Coins - There is one coin at either side of the Needlenose Plant in the
second area.
1 Red Coin - At the top-left corner of the fourth area. To get to the fourth
area, stomp into the water at the bottom-right corner of the
third area, and swim under the wall to the fourth area. Yoshi can
move the vertically moving platforms about by eating them and
spitting them out at different places.
2 Red Coins - Above the spikes near the top-left corner of the fourth area.
1 Red Coin - Above the egg plant at the top-right corner of the fourth area.
1 Red Coin - Near the egg plant at the bottom-right corner of the fourth area.
1 Red Coin - In the water below the entrance to the fifth area.
1 Red Coin - A Fly Guy holds this red coin near the start of the fifth area,
above some Woozy Guys that bounce up the slope.
1 Red Coin - A Fly Guy holds this red coin at the right side of the fifth
flower.
8 Stars - Go down the steps to the water at the start of the level, and
swim under the steps on the left. Go through the tunnel on the
left, and shoot an egg or shell into the tulip.
5 Stars - Shoot the winged cloud shortly after third small arrow ball near
the end of the first area.
10 Stars - Pass through the middle ring near the start of the second area.
5 Stars - When you come to the three winged clouds near the start of the
second area, shoot the middle winged cloud for the stars.
Key - In the crate at the bottom-right corner of the first area, below
the exit doors.

- Flower 1 -
Eat the Green Koopa Troopa on the right at the start of the level, and shoot
the shell right. Follow the shell right as it defeats another Green Koopa
Troopa, and run up to the top of the slope. Jump over the gap to the next
section of yellow path, and drop off the right side of the path to land on a
small platform. Eat the first Red Koopa Paratroopa, and jump up to the yellow
path on the right. Face left, and shoot the shell down the gap to collect the
first flower.
- Flower 2 -
Run down the slope on the right, and jump right to land on the red and yellow
platform. Ride the platform up to the top, and then jump right to land on the
path after the two Red Koopa Paratroopas. Run down the slope in the path, and
drop down to the large spring ball in the gap. Jump on the large spring ball
and bounce up to the right.
Land in the tunnel leading up and right after the Pirahna Plant. Follow the
tunnel right, and then jump left to land on the yellow path at the end of the
tunnel. Jump to collect the two red coins at the left side of the trail of
coins, and run down the steep slope to the red and yellow platform. Ride the
platform along the track, and shortly after the Pirahna Plant, jump into the
tunnel.
Run right to the platform at the end of the tunnel, and jump onto the red and
yellow platform. Ride the platform up to the top, and jump off at the left
side. Run up the tunnel, and shoot an egg at the winged cloud to receive five
stars. Run right to the end of the tunnel, and jump over the gap to the yellow
path on the other side. Continue right to the next tunnel, and run down to the
bottom of the slope.
Jump over the Huffin Puffin, and eat the Red Koopa Troopa on the yellow
platform. Jump up to the platform, and shoot the shell at the Red Koopa Troopa
on the left. Jump over to the platform on the left, and run up the slope to the
second Huffin Puffin in the area. Shoot the winged cloud above the Huffin
Puffin for five stars, and then jump up to the highest yellow platform on the
left with the three coins above.
Eat the Gustys until Yoshi has six eggs, and then shoot an egg straight up in
line with the coins to reveal a large spring ball. Jump on the large spring
ball and bounce up to the platform above. Jump on the next large spring ball
and bounce up to the secret area.
After arriving in the secret area, jump up to the top platform, and then jump
over the path on the right to land near the pump. Jump on the pump five times,
and then jump on the balloon to move right. Stand on the middle of the balloon,
and eat the Fly Guy holding the 1UP that appears near the start of the ride. At
the end of the balloon ride, drop down through the gap in the clouds at the
right side of the area.
After returning to the first area, run right along the yellow path and collect
the five red coins in the first dip. Shoot an egg at the Fly Guy holding the
1Up above the first dip, and then continue right up the slope. Run down the
next slope to collect the second flower, and run up and over the next hill.
Continue right, and go through the blue doors.
- Flower 3 -
After arriving in the second area, run right and drop down to the green
vertically moving platform. Jump down to the hidden tunnel on the left, and
pass through the middle ring. Drop out of the tunnel, and hover left to the
hidden tunnel below. Shoot the winged cloud for five stars, and stomp the crate
for the key. Collect the key, and then jump over to the next hidden tunnel on
the right.
Jump onto the green vertically moving platform, and jump up to the hidden
tunnel on the left. Face right, and wait for the cannon to fire a Bullet Bill.
When it does, jump on Bullet Bill and bounce up to the platform above to
collect the third flower. Jump right and press up next to the hut to enter it
and play a bonus game.
- Flower 4 -
After exiting the hut, walk right and drop off the edge of the path onto the
green rotating platform below. Move the platform right, and jump up to collect
the four red coins above the wire. After collecting the fourth red coin, ride
the platform down the slope in the wire to collect the four red coins below the
wire. At the end of the wire, jump to the first red and yellow platform on the
right. Jump up to the yellow platform at the end of the track, and then jump
into the hidden tunnel on the left to collect the fourth flower.
- Flower 5 -
Jump over to the hidden tunnel on the right, and drop down the gap with the red
arrow pointing down to land on the second red and yellow platform. Ride the
platform off the end of the track to collect three red coins. As the second
platform begins to go down, jump up and land on the third red and yellow
platform.
Ride the third platform off the end of the track, and jump before the three
normal coins to land on the fourth platform. Stay on the fourth platform to
land on a circular wire. Jump at the top of the wire to collect two red coins
and the fifth flower. Jump right off the platform to land on the path. Run
right along the path, and jump through the goal ring to complete the level.

1UP - At the start of the Gusty section, shoot an egg straight up from
the platform near the wall to reveal a large spring ball. Bounce
up both large spring balls above to enter a secret area. Jump on
the pump five times, and then jump on the balloon to move right.
The Fly Guy holding the 1UP will appear near the start of the
balloon ride.
1UP - A Fly Guy appears holding this 1UP above the first dip in the
path in the Gusty section.
Flower 1 - In the second gap from the start of the level, with the two Red
Koopa Paratroopas.
Flower 2 - In the second dip in the path in the Gusty section.
Flower 3 - In the second area, drop down to the green platform on the right,
and go right again to the hidden tunnel. Jump on the Bullet Bill,
and hover up to the platform with the flower on the right.
Flower 4 - Ride the first red and yellow platform in the second area, and
jump off near the end of the wire onto the horizontally moving
yellow platform. Jump to the hidden tunnel up on the left to find
this flower.
Flower 5 - In the second area, ride the final red and yellow platform onto
the circular wire. The flower is above the wire.
2 Red Coins - Use the large spring ball near the start of the level to jump
into the tunnel above the right side of the Pirahna Plant. Follow
the tunnel along to the red coins.
5 Red Coins - In the first dip in the path in the Gusty section.
8 Red Coins - In the second area, ride the green rotating platform near the
first fast red and yellow platform along the wire to find the
eight red coins.
3 Red Coins - In the second area, ride the second red and yellow platform to
the end of the wire to collect these coins.
2 Red Coins - In the second area, ride the final red and yellow platform onto
the circular wire. The final two red coins are above the wire.
5 Stars - Before the Huffin Puffin in the first area, ride the vertically
moving platform up and jump into the left tunnel to find a winged
cloud. Shoot the cloud for the stars.
5 Stars - Shoot an egg at the winged cloud above the second Huffin Puffin.
5 Stars - There is a winged cloud above the paddles at the end of the first
area. You can either ride the balloon to get above the paddles,
or hover jump from the top of the final hill in the Gusty
section.
10 Stars - In the second area, in the hidden tunnel below the entrance.
5 Stars - In the second area, in the lowest hidden tunnel below the
entrance. Shoot the winged cloud for the stars.
Key - In the second area, in the lowest hidden tunnel below the
entrance. Stomp the crate for the key.

- Flower 1 -
Run right along the tunnel at the start of the level, and eat the first Boo
Guy. Shoot the Boo Guy right, and follow him as he defeats three more Boo Guys
and a Green Koopa Troopa. When the shell of the Green Koopa Troopa moves right,
stay on the top level of the platform. The shell will hit into another Green
Koopa Troopa, which will cause another shell to move left to collect the first
flower.
- Flower 2 -
Drop off the right side of the platform to the path below, and then jump right
to the bridge. Stay at the left side of the bridge, and duck to avoid the
spiked ball and chain. When it has passed, run right and jump to the platform
above the second spiked ball and chain. Jump down to the bridge on the right,
and run right. Drop down to the lower section of the bridge, and eat the first
Green Koopa Troopa. Shoot the shell left to collect the second flower.
- Flower 3 -
Jump over the remaining Green Koopa Troopa, and run right along the bridge to
the Boo Guy pipe. Eat Boo Guys until Yoshi has six eggs, and then continue over
to the right side of the bridge. Jump over the small gap to the path on the
other side. Run right along the path to find a spiked ball and chain with a
crumbling block below. Shoot an egg at the block, and then run under the spiked
ball and chain.
Continue right to the second spiked ball and chain. Shoot an egg at the block,
and continue right. Hover jump over the lava to land near a third spiked ball
and chain. When the spiked ball and chain rises, shoot the crumbling block and
drop down through the gap. Run right to collect two red coins, and drop down to
the lowest platform. Run left and go through the blue doors.
After arriving in the second area, jump up to the platform on the right, and
run to the middle to find two egg blocks. Hit either egg block to refill the
egg supply, and then shoot an egg at the winged cloud to create steps leading
up to the right. Run up the steps, and shoot the next winged cloud to create
another set of steps.
