Pokemon Emerald - Strategy Guide (Page 12)
Below are the cheat codes, hints and help for Pokemon Emerald - Strategy Guide (Page 12).
As your leaving Mossdeep May/Brendan will call you. Though you probably can't make it out, its important to the story line. S/he tells you that they have spotted a "green dragon" near Pacifiladog. Hmmm.... You can go to Route 125 now, though to be honest it doesn't hold that much of interest bar the Shoal Cave. I will add it once the Elite 4 are finished. 4.2.45 Route 127 ================ Its three squares by three squares on the PokeNav, so thats a lot to cover. Go right and south as much as you can on the beach, then go onto the water. Now go down to Route 127. Upon entry, head left to some beach/island things. On here is a Zinc. The one below it with trees on has a choice Double battle. Route 127 Battle 1 Juggler1 ------------------ Manectric Lv.32 1152xp Linoone Lv.32 877xp 1536 credits Rotue 127 Battle 2 BirdCatcher1 ------------------ Swellow Lv.32 1110xp Skarmory Lv.32 1152xp 1024 credits The item past them is a Rare Candy... here's the double way... Route 127 Battle 1 & 2 Juggler1 & BirdCatcher1 ---------------------- Manectric Lv.32 576xp each Swellow Lv.32 555xp each Linoone Lv.32 438xp each Skarmory Lv.32 576xp each 2560 credits Going left of here will take you to Route 126. Don't do this yet. Go south to the red haired trainer. Route 127 Battle 3 Swimmer1 ------------------ Wingull Lv.26 355xp Staryu Lv.34 771xp 1360 credits Head right and upwards slightly over the huge dark blue water. Go into a secluded area with three rock outcrops on an island. A trainer is here, battle him. Route 127 Battle 4 Ninja1 ------------------ Machoke Lv.34 1063xp 1088 credits Just out of here is a dive point. Dark blue water, just up from the trainer. See it? Press A here, then go underwater. Go into your status screen, pick the Pokemon that knows Dive and make him resurface. On the forthcoming island is a Carbos. Go back through here and back to the island. Go left out of here, then upwards, sticking close to the right. You should see a blue haired trainer. Battle him Route 127 Battle 5 Swimmer2 ------------------ Staryu Lv.33 748xp Staryu Lv.33 748xp 1320 credits Go up here to the big rock island. Three fisherman on here for your battling needs. The one on the left first... Route 127 Battle 6 Fisherman1 ------------------ Wailmer Lv.30 880xp Tentacool Lv.31 697xp Sharpedo Lv.32 1200xp 1280 credits The one on the north... Route 127 Battle 7 Fisherman2 ------------------ Carvanha Lv.31 583xp Tentacruel Lv.34 1492xp 1360 credits One on the right Route 127 Battle 8 Fisherman3 ------------------ Magikarp Lv.15 63xp Magikarp Lv.25 106xp Gyarados Lv.35 1605xp 1400 credits Go back out of this little secluded area, and back into the big wide dark blue middle. Go to the biggest area here (you should see it) then Dive! Now, you could come into any number of areas, but as long as you haven't gone too far south, you should be ok. Go south, and try and go as south as you can, whilst following the path. Everything should join up and you'll see the entrance to an underwater cavern. YAY. 4.2.46 Sea Cavern ================= You'll go in here and see the underwater Sea Explorer. Press B to surface (is this in R/S, using B to surface?). Now, when you've surfaced, go up the beach and into the entrance. In here... Go up, smash rock the rock. Push the boulder down, go right and push this one right. Go up and battle the Aqua Trainer. Cavern Battle 1 AquaGrunt1 --------------- Poochyena Lv.36 423xp 720 credits Go up the stairs and to the other Aqua member you can see. Cavern Battle 2 AquaGrunt2 --------------- Carvanha Lv.36 678xp 720 credits In the next room, make your way right and down, pushing the boulder right, the other down and rock smashing. In here, jump over the ledge and battle the Aqua Grunts in either double or single style. Cavern Battle 3 AquaGrunt3 --------------- Zubat Lv.36 415xp 720 credits Cavern Battle 4 AquaGrunt4 --------------- Carvanha Lv.36 678xp 720 credits Cavern Battle 3 & 4 AquaGrunt3 & AquaGrunt4 ------------------- Zubat Lv.36 207xp each Carvanha Lv.36 339xp each 1440 credits Once your done here, you'll can jump over some ledges. Now, going through the middle cave will take you back to the room you were in before this one. The end one will take you back to the beginning (NO!) so you pick the top one (which takes you to the room you would have been in, if you'd have chosen the other entrance in the first room). Make sense? Probably not. But from here go upwards. Push the block out the way, then the next one. You'll see two more entrances here, left and right. You can either go left way, or right way. But you end up at the same place. Left way -------- Jump on the water, go right into the current. When you've stopped, go right again. Then go either up or right. Now finally go left (NOT RIGHT) and you'll have done this bit. Right Way --------- Get on the water, go to your bottom right. Go over this part of the current. Go right, then when you stop go up. Now, you'll be in partially open water. Go up again, into this current. When you stop you'll be able to go to the exit, thus ending this bit and getting back onto the dungeon. Two trainers here now. You can either go through the puzzle, or battle them. Cavern Battle 5 AquaGrunt5 --------------- Sharpedo Lv.37 1387xp Mightyena Lv.37 1014xp 1480 credits Cavern Battle 6 AquaGrunt6 --------------- Mightyena Lv.35 960xp Golbat Lv.35 1282xp 700 credits Double styley... Cavern Battle 5 & 6 AquaGrunt5 & AquaGrunt6 ------------------- Sharpedo Lv.37 693xp each Mightyena Lv.35 480xp each Mightyena Lv.37 507xp each Golbat Lv.35 640xp each 2180 credits Next room has a stupidly tricky puzzle that I hated doing in Ruby and Saphire. Yes, I don't like symetrical things. I find them harder to solve... You see the line of three boulders at the bottom? Push the ones on the outside up one square. Then push the remaining one left, out of the way. Push the middle one up one, then the ones on your left and right push them their respective ways, out of the way. Now, the line of three above you. Push the ones on the outside up one, and the middle one left. You'll now be able to get through here! It'll get misty. You can grab TM26 Earthquake here as well. Carry on along this path until you get to Kyrogue. But, oh no, Archie will battle you! Cavern Battle 7 AquaLeaderArchie --------------- Mightyena Lv.41 1122xp Crobat Lv.41 1790xp Sharpedo Lv.43 1612xp 3440 credits Once you've beaten him, he'll activate the red orb anyway, thus awakening Kyrogue (remember? Chimeny? Groudon's awake as well!). Earthquake's will insue however Kyrogre will flee before you can do anything! But then Team Magma come! Its all hotting up! If only we could understand it! Team Magma and Aqua will take you oustide, where the weather effects will be very catastrophic, with Thunder and the such. And then their will be sudden times of great sunlight. It really is a lot more climactic that Ruby and Saphire were... well, we still have some story to go remember?! Then, Steven will Fly to you and have a quick chat with you. You'll actually figure out your on Route 128, but ignroe that for now. Go north and left until your on Route 126. 4.2.47 Route 126 ================ You have to go to Sootopolis, which you get to by Diveing underneith the permiter. Go around the edge of Route 126, and at around the "seven o'clock" position you'll come to a trainer. Route 126 Battle 1 Swimmer1 ------------------ Luvdisc Lv.33 777xp Luvdisc Lv.33 777xp 264 credits The blue haired swimmer next to him (think double battle, but I missed it :( ) Route 126 Battle 2 Swimmer2 ------------------ Staryu Lv.33 748xp Staryu Lv.33 748xp 1320 credits Route 126 Battle 1 & 2 Swimmer1 & Swimmer2 ---------------------- Lusdisc Lv.33 388xp each Staryu Lv.33 374 each Luvdisc Lv.33 388xp each Staryu Lv.33 374xp each ????credits Go around the other side, then up. You'll find a blue hatted swimmer Route 126 Battle 3 Swimmer3 ------------------ Carvanha Lv.34 640xp 272 credits Route 126 Battle 4 Swimmer4 ------------------ Staryu Lv.34 771xp 1360 credits Double battle style... But first is a trainer battle. Route 126 Battle 6 Swimmer6 ------------------ Gyarados Lv.34 1558xp 272 credits Go underwater, enter the cavern. Surface and your in Sootopaolis. 4.2.48 Sootopolis City ====================== badges, battles, Kyrogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Wallace, Ardan (who?!) and the Cave or Orogin. 4.2.48.1 Legends! ================= As soon as you surface, you'll see Kyrogre and Groudon battling. Then a cutscene will show them doing battle! Apocaliptic or what?! Go north to the Gym and you'll see Maxine and Archie sitting there. Go left and you'll see Steven. Have a chat with him, and he'll take you to the cave or orogin. 4.2.48.2 Cave Of Orogin ======================= Go in here, to the end of the first cavern. Go down the next ladder and to the end. You'll meet Wallace. He'll babbel on a bit, and then he'll give you three options. Pick the third one down and he'll dissapear! But where has he gone?! Well, you'll remember the phone call you got from your rival about the "green dragon" they saw at Pacifilidog? That ladies and gentlemen is where we are headed. When inside, head through the first few floors, going around the place you can't get to. On the next floor, go around until you get to the cracked floor which you should then fall through. Now head up all the next few staircases until you get to the top. Now, this is where it (should) get interesting... Make your way through the boulders to Rayquaza, who will then jump away! Aah, that ain't climactic! Fear not though, now its time to fly to Sootopolis. 4.2.48.1 Legends! ================= The final part of this interesting story! After flying here, you'll see the two elemental fighters doing battle again... and then a cut scene will appear, with them fighting. Then, Rayquaza will soar through the sky towards them! Out of green light he flies, speeding towards the two legendary battlers. All three will sit there and Rayquaza will let off some kind of energy... yellow coloured. Lightening will flash and they'll dissapear back into the sea! Then, Rayquaza will stop and fly back (to the Sky Pillar). And then, the rain will stop... as will the sun.
