Q: I was just wondering if you knew how to do front, side, and back step 
moves? I can't figure it out. Thanx.

A: To do front step moves you press the control stick towards your opponent & 
then quickly press the button(s) right after, to do the move. I know back 
step moves work the same way except you push away from your opponent. I'm not 
exactly sure how to do side step moves but they are probably done almost the 
same way.

Here is the e-mail I received about side step moves:

Allow me to clarify.  To do side moves on UFC throwdown, do a sidestep and 
push the desired attack button as the fighter completes his step.
