erased so there are just a few sections I am asking for user input on, rather
than going back through and playing 100 hours just to get that bit of
information. Anyone playing this game should know how I feel. Below is a
list of the few things that I need, thanks.

-------------------------------
2.3) Control the ball in-flight
-------------------------------

Press L1 while moving the left analog stick or right analog stick in the
direction you want to put spin on the ball-the more times you press, the more
spin you'll achieve. You cannot spin the ball out of the rough or sand when
playing under TOUR difficulty.

Circle Button: Use a mulligan if ON
X Button: Increase the speed of the shot
Square Button: Watch a replay of the shot

---------------
2.4) Short Game
---------------

To stay in the hunt consistently, you'll eed to work on your short game.

-Using Irons and Wedges
Pull out an iron when you need precision more than power. Be sure to shorten
your backswing if the club's potential power is more than the distance of the
shot. For example, if your pitching wedge can hit the ball 90 yards, but the
pin is only 45 yards away, only use half of your backswing.

-Recovering from hazards
Even the legends find themselves in deep rough or a sand trap every now and
then. Being able to recover from such lies is crucial to saving par. Make
sure you check the current lie before shooting. If your ball is buried more
than half way, you'll want to use much more club than you normally would.

-Chipping control
When you're just off the green, a chip shot may be your best option. Adjust
the targeting marker based on the distance to the cup and the undulation of
the green, and then chip away.

---------
2.5) Putt
---------

D-Pad: Repositioning the targeting marker
Square Button: Select shot type (putt/chip/pitch)
X Button: Ideal putting line: the camera shows the perfect line of the putt
Circle Button: View overhead angle
Triangle Button: Reset target
L1: Tiger Vison (Look Below)
                                                         | | 9
-Sink the Putt | | 8
Maximum putting power is determined by the location | | 7
of the targeting marker. The key to good putting is O O 6
to pull back and to follow-through cleanly strike | 1 5
the ball well. (Follow steps 1-9 at right) | 2 4
                                                         | 3 3

-----------------
2.6) Tiger Vision
-----------------

Now you can line up putts the way Tiger Woods does. You are only allowed to
use Tiger Vison a certain numbrer of times in a round because if gives you such
a great chance at making the putt. Just line up your targeting marker to the
spot provided by Tiger Vision, and the putt is as good as sunk.

-------------------
2.7) Shot Selection
-------------------

Sometimes the default shot type is not your best option in a given situation.
For example, if you're stuck under some trees, your best shot type would be a
punch shot. The following are descriptions of the six shot types.

Full: Set up a full swing with the selected club.
Punch: Produce a low-trajectory shot to minimize the effects of wind, or to
       shoot from under tree cover.
Pitch: Places the ball on the green with minimal roll from up to 60 yards away.
Flop: With a higher trajectory and less roll, this wedge shot has a maximum
distance of 51 yards. Use it to fly over obstacles or to stick the ball
      on the green.
Chip: A useful shot when you are too far away for the putter. The maximum
distance for a chip shot is 40 yards.
Putt: When on the green, you putt the ball along the ground to the cup.
