Below are the cheat codes, hints and help for Animal Crossing: Wild World - Strategy Guide (Page 02).

Name: Axe 
How to obtain: Buy from nook. 
Use: Use to cut down trees. Can be used to hit money rock. 
Breaks after a certain number of uses.
 
Name: Fishing Rod  
How to obtain: Buy from nook.  
Use: Used to capture fish from water.  

Name: Net
How to obtain: Buy from nook.  
Use: Used to capture bugs.
 
Name: Shovel 
How to obtain: Buy from nook. 
Use: Dig up/out things. Bury things. Can be used to hit money rock.
   
Name: Slingshot 
How to obtain: Buy from nook. 
Use: Use to shoot items out of the sky. 
 
Name: Sparkler 
How to obtain: Get from tortimer on the Fireworks show on every  
Saturday in August from 7-12pm.
Use: Just equip it, and it will sparkle, your characters mouth will  
open in amazement! After it dies, talk to Tortimer, and get another  
one!
 
Name: Watering Can 
How to obtain: Buy from nook. 
Use: Water on plants to prevent them from dying.

Golden Tools
=============

Name: Golden Axe
How to obtain: 
The scallop is used to get the golden axe from Pascal. Pascal walks  
around by thebeach at a random time, once a week. First, you need to  
buy a red turnip from Joan.Next, give it to Wendel the next time he  
comes to town. Wendel should give you the Turban or Country Guitar.  
If you get the Turban, take it to Sahara whenshe comes to town.  
Sahara should give you either the Massage Chair or Red Vase. If you 
get the Massage Chair, let Tortimer have it the next holiday and he  
should give you the scallop. Then just wait for Pascal to show up and 
give him the scallop.

Use: Use to cut down trees. Can be used to hit money rock.  
Unlike the normal Axe, it does NOT break.  


Name: Golden Fishing Rod 
How to obtain: Catch one of every fish at least once.   
Use: (supposedly,) Makes it easier to catch fish. 
(Need a confirmation still.)

Name: Golden Net
How to obtain: Catch one of every Bug at least once.   
Use: (supposedly,) Makes you able to swing your net faster, with a  
longer reach. (Need a confirmation still.) 

Name: Golden Shovel 
How to obtain: Bury a normal shovel for 24 hours, then dig it up.   
Use: Nothing special, you should now be able to plant money trees.  
 
Name: Golden Slingshot 
How to obtain: Shoot 15 items out of the sky, the 16th will be the  
golden Slingshot.  
Use: Shoots 3 bullets instead of 1.  
 
Name: Golden Watering can. 
How to obtain: Keep the environment perfect for 16 days in a row.  
Pelly or Phyllis will reward you with the golden can.

Q) Is there a way to get rid of this big red flower? 
A) Yes, its called a Rafflesia, and can only be removed if you pick up 
all 
of 
the  
weeds in your town.

Q) What is NOT in this game that the GCN version had?
A) NES games, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Halloween, a seperate Dump, and 
other things.

Q) Are there weeds in this game? 
A) Yes there are.
