Somehow, this guy always makes me think of Zangief from the Street Fighter
series... Anyway, Ivan Koloff is definitely a brawling-based wrestler, having
remarkable strength and toughness while lacking in the speed and charisma
area. He also has an ability for brawling. The other good thing with him is
grappling: he has some combos to use in those tie-ups. His mat skills aren't
bad at all, so I suggest using a lot of them.
FINISHER: Inverted Back Breaker
This can be hard to get before time runs out. First, you need to get
your opponent bent over, and dizzy. You can do this with Koloff's
Double Fist Punch. Move near him and move the Right Thumbstick while
in front of him to do the finisher.

Another brawling-oriented character, Ivan Putski has a huge strength and pretty
good toughness. His best ability is grappling your opponent, which you should
do very often. However, I think Putski doesn't possess enough combos to make
his grappling ability of better use. I don't like to play him, but don't let
this comment refrain you from trying.
FINISHER: Polish Hammer
To do Ivan Putski's finisher, you have to be running towards an
opponent who is standing, then move the Right Thumbstick when you are
near enough.

* I'm a poor, lonesome cowboy, and a long way from home*... Oops, wrong guy. As
this is a cowboy, you might have thought he possesses a lot of aprons and flyer
moves. Wrong. He mainly focuses on his combo moves for tie-ups to get real
damage in. His abilities are just as spread as Koko B. Ware's. As you can see,
you'll have to mix moves up: brawling and using submissions and combos are your
ticket to victory.
FINISHER: Superplex
A finisher where you need your opponent to sit on the turnbuckle. So,
throw him into a corner with the white button so he hangs there. Then
move near him and press B to set him on the turnbuckle. Finally, move
the Right Thumbstick to do the Superplex.

This one is a lot like The Iron Sheik, both having the same finisher and both
being hated by the crowd. Only, The Sheik is a bit more athletic than his Iron
pal, being able to make use of aprons and turnbuckles. Brawling with The Sheik
is a good idea: you don't have to be afraid of close combat with him because of
the ridiculous high toughness he has. And make sure to cheat, this wrestler's
specialty.
FINISHER: Camel Clutch
This one needs an opponent on the floor, on his belly. Stand by his
head and move the Right Thumbstick to execute the Camel Clutch.

One of the many Von Erichs, Kerry Von Erich is more brawling-specialized than
his brethren. Sure, he has a few tricks up his sleeve like a nice Moonsault
apron and can do good damage when running, but his strength and toughness are
really focused on brawl damage. He doesn't have too much combos, but seeing
his mat skills this isn't that bad.
FINISHER: The Claw
This is a normal ready move, so just move towards your opponent and
move the Right Thumbstick in front of him.
